Description

The exclusive QO Visi-Trip instantly identifies a tripped circuit breaker with a red indicator window. The Visi-Trip reduces the number of call backs, as well as the chance that other circuits will be turned off accidentally. This breaker will work only in Square D branded residential panels. Typical application for a single pole 20 Amp breaker include kitchen counter outlets circuits with GFIC protection and requiring a wire size of 12-2. Provides overload and short circuit protection (120Vac). 10,000 Amperes Interrupting Rating (AIR). HACR type for use with air conditioning, heating and refrigeration equipment having motor group combinations and marked for use with HACR type circuit breakers. Single Pole 15A and 20A breakers are Switching Duty Rated (SWD). Suitable for switching 120Vac fluorescent lighting loads.

Rated 5 out of 5 by startrekoldone from 20 amp breaker [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What is there to say about square D breakers, I believe they are the best and easiest breakers to put in plus you can count on them to work and work well, Just take off your breaker box cover and cut off the breaker you are working on (if you want to be super safe cut off the whole system), unscrew the old wire from the old breaker and replace with the square D one, screw wire back in, replace the breaker box cover and turn on, yeah you are done

However, the person that pulled the order did not look at it. When I picked up my order I noticed that the contact that snaps in place in the breaker panel was damaged.

But, a couple of years ago I had my service upgraded to a 200 Amp and the electrician put in a single pole HOM type. The first breaker I bought was the wrong one and I had to take it back. It pays to open up your box and look before you buy.

Rated 4 out of 5 by FloridaBuilder from Good System Square D makes two consumer lines of breaker pannels, Homeline and QO. The Homeline panel is less money and the breakers are less money as well. Rated the same as other residential units, I use these in commercial applications as well.

Rated 5 out of 5 by None from Snap on snap off My Com presser or Shop Saw would snap off every time that I would attempt to use it. So after walking over and snapping it back on for a long time I said " Buy a New One and Keep Your Blood Presser Down. So I bought one and it took longer to get the screws out of the holder than it did to install it. Tested it and it works just fine. Dave
