Adler 1-Handle Lavatory Faucet is rated 4.3 out of 5 by 136.
Rated 1 out of 5 by from Difficult to install and defective I found this very difficult to install. The mounting hardware and nuts are much smaller and more difficult to install than on other sinks I've installed, many of which are plastic and can tighten by hand. After I finally got the mounting bracket, spacer, and nut over the posts and tightened, and everything all hooked up, I found it's defective. I'm getting no pressure on the hot side. I've checked the shut-off valve and the supply line. I'm getting plenty of pressure from the supply line, but none when I hook it to the faucet. I've checked for sediment and other blockage and don't see any. So now I've got to un-install it and return if for something else.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Clean look, Works well Fairly easy to install - although, soft plastic parts below sink will slip if over-tightened. Once installed, handle/valve works very well -- no leaks, no issues with hot/cold water mix. Still looks good after several months of use and occasional cleaning.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from vanity fixture i am happy with this purchase. The connections are copper not plastic which is why i went with Moen. it is a small fixture so you have better access to the bowl. it doesn't take up a lot of sink space so you can lay out a soap dish and shaving accessories. This product has a nice chrome finish to it which is easy to keep clean. For a general vanity fixture which is reasonably priced this is a good bargain.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Handle Looks Just a Little Oversized [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall I was satisfied with the purchase, just as mentioned in the title the handle looks kind of big compared to the faucet itself. It's not too noticeable until looking at the faucet straight on from the front. The installation instructions are mainly pictures, which is not ideal in my opinion. The drain did leak slightly under the sink when finished, just using plumbers putty under the top ring was not sufficient. I had to wrap the threaded portion of the drain pipe where the tapered rubber gasket seals under the sink with Teflon tape to be leak free.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Updated bathroom faucet for vanity I had a peerless double handle faucet that i've been wanting to update for a while now and I decided to go with this. I got this in the chrome and after 45 minutes it is installed and working just fine, would've been less if I had a helper. I left the old drain assembly in for now cause its working fine but overall everything tested out good. Take the aerator off to flush out, put in back on when done and that's it. I think it will hold up for years to come, never really had a problem with Moen products at all. So far, so good. It looks solid and not the cheapo flimsy kind like some other brands on the market. Priced right and recommend if your looking for a replacement/update.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Does the job not the greatest faucet I tried to buy the cartridge to replace the old one but the screw was stripped and I was unable to get it off to replace it. Had to take whole faucet off and replace. What should have been about a $15 fix cost me $70. I was a little upset that it would not come off. Got the new faucet home and the water tubes were noticeably small than the previous ones on the old faucet. It looked as if it would bend and/or break much easier than the prior one. The holes for the water line did not line up as the prior one. Had to make some adjustment. It looks nice but not sure it will last as long as the 1st one.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Moen Bathroom Faucets, including drains, etc. In my opinion, Moen is the very best one can buy. A mere touch turns on the faucet and a mere touch turns off the faucet. No struggles whatsoever!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great looking and functioning faucet Easy to install. A very nice way to update a bathroom fixture. Brushed nickel finish looks great and is easy to maintain. Lever mechanism is simple to operate and would be helpful for anyone with limited range of motion in hands, wrist and lower arm. Very Good value and quality.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Beautiful faucet and works great but.... The rod with the ball near the one end (#11985) that extends into the drain to lift the stopper corrodes from the water and falls off every couple of years... we have replaced 3 of them and need another one. We have a water softener with city water and do not understand why when the water does not do that anywhere else in the house.. This is a real pain and when I am no longer able to do the work will be too costly. They do not have a better quality one as a replacement.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from The faucet is good, drain parts cheap I bought this faucet which came with a new drain assembly. The faucet is good quality, and I have always used Moen products. The drain assembly is a cheap plastic and the threads strip really easy. I assembled the drain assembly and noticed right away, that you should not tighten it too tight. If you do, the threads will strip. After assembling the drain, i went to install the flip arm. The nut that holds the flip lever in, immediately stripped after a couple of turns. Needless to say I was pretty upset. I called Moen and explained to them what happened. Without hesitation, they overnighted a new drain assembly. They do have great customer support. I only paid $62 for the faucet, so I guess you get what you pay for. Even though I had a hiccup with the drain assembly, I would recommend this. Oh yeah, one other thing...this comes with an optional round knob. So i switched out the knobs and when I put the round knob on, the knob points to the cold water but gives hot water and when you turn to hot water it gives cold water. I did tell Moen support about it, but they told me to flip the handle around. If you do that, it doesn't look right. So I switched the supply lines so it would work. Just a quirk they need to work out.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from New Faucet [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My old bathroom faucet started leaking water and needed to be replaced ASAP. I knew what kind of new faucet I wanted and as soon as I saw this one I got it. I know Moen faucets are a good brand and very good quality wise. After I got this faucet installed I'm pretty sure it will last a very long time. I also have a Moen faucet on the kitchen sink and it has been there a long time and is still working as good as new. Plus, both of them are single handle faucets which I specially like and another reason I picked them.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Moen means quality Old 2 handle faucet costing both water and electric due to leaking gasket. Bought the Moen Adler to match one in shower. Took about 45 min for me (age 70) to install it. I know from experience if a Moen gives a problem, they make it good. 5 thumbs up.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice single-lever faucet - may need modification We chose this single lever faucet for our new bath sink because there was limited space between molded-in wall soap dish and brush holders that prevented a conventional 2-handle faucet. Moen is known for all-metal quality and long-lasting valves on their faucets. I just wish they would have metal drain fittings. The plastic drain pipe has holes for sinks with the overflow preventor built in. I had to seal these holes to prevent leaks and stagnant water in our sink without the overflow prevention. They should include stops for these holds for such sinks.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from This is my fourth Moen faucet. This replaced my 10-year old Moen bathroom sink faucet that still looked beautiful on top of the vanity, but all the fittings below were rusty. This looks like an older model of the one I replaced but it was the only chrome one that appealed to me, and the only one they had. It is easy for my special needs son to use, and I am so pleased with Moen's quality. We never had to replace anything on it. I love my spotless brushed nickle kitchen faucet that my contractor picked out last year for our kitchen remodel. It truly is spotless and I love that quality.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Poor design drains I replaced two sinks and the faucets in the same vanity. I installed everything new including stainless supply lines This was not my first rodeo when doing plumbing. What should have been a two hour job turned into an all day chore. First drain leaked badly and yes I did follow the instructions. I then went back to the store and bought a replacement drain to match the brushed nickel. All they had was an all metal drain that set me back another 30 bucks.I thought I was home free and then I noticed that the first sink would not hold water. and did not want to spend another 30 dollars for a drain assembly. I know when to call it quits and remove the faucets and return them for another brand that has a decent drain assembly. Mohen needs to rethink the drain assemblies. I have no problems with Lowes or their staff and will continue to shop there.
Date published: 2013-12-01
Rated 3 out of 5 by from YOU will need to buy drain assembles Always purchased Moen for my homes. Always shopped at Lowes because they take care of me. Recently purchased two of these faucets and had them professional installed in our Florida condo. The drain assemblies are plastic...as in all of it. The plumbers could not get either to seal or seat. They had to come back the next day and install new Metal drains. The cost of the return visit and metal drains was much more than the cost of the two faucets. I cannot believe this...period

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Moen .....sad quality Just for the record, I've installed many faucets over the years, in various locations. Bought 2 Moen Adlers to install in our master bath, replacing another brand that wore out way before their time (3 years, seriously). The first installed fairly simply. When the control valves were slowly turned on, water poured out of the middle of the underside of the faucet. Took it back to Loews and secured a replacement. The replacement went in with no issues. Second install went in simply until water ran in the bowl for a few minutes. A small drip appeared on the threading just below the lock nut under the pop up drain. Uninstalled and reinstalled 3 times to be sure everything was properly in place. Solved drip by installing old part. Conclusion: gray, made in China plastic pipe had/has a hairline crack that allows water to escape when pressure is applied to the lock nut. Junk.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from affordable upgrade [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My old Delta faucets were really looking terrible after 26 years of use. I have always preferred Moen faucets anyway, so I decided that these would be an easy do-it-yourself project. Quality has always been a Moen trademark and these did not disappoint me. Instructions were clear and easy to read, and installation was quick and easy, and the price was very affordable. A good upgrade in any home.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from best for the price Really like this type of bathroom faucet. Bought 3 of them and very satisfied with them. Easy to install and work great.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice looking easy install [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Arrived in good shape. Installation was fairly simple. Only thing is this old guy has a hard time crawling upside down in a vanity. Clean out at spout unscrews much easier than the old one I replaced. Aeration is very good. We’ll see how it holds up.
Date published: 2019-08-19
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Smooth Faucet We went for a brushed nickel faucet to replace a leaky one that could not be repaired. The old faucet required periodic washer. This one uses a cartridge. I am not sure how easy that will be in about 5 years or more when the time comes. Installation is about one hour not considering the removal of the old unit. Be sure to loosen the aerator before you install the faucet. Otherwise, it is a bit of chore even with a strap wrench once the faucet is installed. Loosening the aerator allows you to clear any loose sediment after install and then periodically as needed. The faucet has a smooth flow. The lever operation is just right. You can turn the faucet off with your lower arm when your hands are wet and want to spare the mess. I like that with single lever control.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Moen bathroom sink faucet. Was missing a seal plus the part of the drainage was plastic, couldn't keep it from leaking, could not bring back because had already installed, had to call plumber and get a stainless steel part for the drainage at a cost of $250.00 dollars. Will never try to install another one will just call plumber to start with. Needless to say I was not a happy camper.
Date published: 2017-06-07
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Quality is worth paying a little more I actually was disappointed that the cheaper model only had one available when I needed two however after installing them I'm glad I went with this one. Felt solid handling it and installed fairly easy. The install was hampered not by the faucet but reaching up behind the sink. I'm going back to get a third one for my guest bathroom.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Less than a year [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In less than a year, here I am looking to replace this faucet. Don't buy unless you want a faucet with a sticky and noisy handle that makes it difficult to adjust the water to your desired temperature. I think I'll go back to a two handled faucet this time. And no more Moen.
Date published: 2020-03-14
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful Faucets Had a leaky Delta faucet in the master bath so had to replace both to match. Beautiful faucets which move well and completely shut off easily and flows well, no squirting off to one side or leaking around the edges. One important thing these faucets have are clearly visible and easily identifiable hot and cold sides. one could tell they are well made and hopefully will not leak for a long, long time. Highly recommend if you're interested in a single lever faucet.
