What is the thickness of the cushions? bottom and back please.

Rated 5 out of 5 by MD2021 from Lovely sofa for outdoors Hubby and I bought two of these sofas and we think they look lovely on our patio. Pretty easy to put together BUT you have to make sure you don’t tighten the bolts before you put it all together. The bolts can strip so don’t try to force anything. We didn’t run into any problems but a ratchet certainly helped with the tightening. The fabric seems durable and the cushion covers all have zippers. Keep in mind that there is a piece of metal that is there to ensure the structural integrity of the box and has nothing to do with assembling the sofa. It’s black and wrapped loosely in paper. I’m sitting on the sofa now…very comfy.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Jessica 1234567 from Nice chairs, there’s a trick to assembling tho I bought the 2 chairs and love seat. I see from the other reviews that everyone is having the same issue I did. I figured out how to line everything up so I thought I’d post my review so others can have an easier time when assembling these chairs. The trick is to not tighten all screws at the bottom seat and side until you get all screws in the slots. Once they’re all in tighten away. No issues on putting together the other chairs once we figured that out! Good luck!

Rated 5 out of 5 by Laurene306 from Beautiful furniture We bought the sofa and two matching swivel chairs. When you set it up it’s good to have two people. The holes and screws don’t always line up perfectly but if you just keep the screws loose until they are all in then it helps. You may have to apply a bit if pressure but they all go in. I love the set and it is super comfortable. The extra metal support that came in the box is to help hold up the sofa when you are attaching the side arms.

Having to spend extra for a professional to look at it . He said the same thing . We also ended up getting an extra rectangle metal piece in the box which had nothing to do with the sofa itself . It was very disappointing and I do not recommend this product .

Very disappointed. I was expecting better quality considering how expensive this was. With everything going on, it'd be difficult to return.
