Description

As a WaterSense-certified toilet, it only uses 4.8 litres (1.28 US gallons) per flush and includes the Champion 4 high-performance flush system. Its tank also has a liner for better drainage, and the chair height of this model makes it much more comfortable to use. In addition, this toilet features an EverClean slow-close seat and a chrome-plated trip lever. Sold with everything you'll need to install it and backed by a 10-year limited warranty.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Skelaine from Flushes well but very uncomfortable This toilet seems to flush well and is quite neat. However, I made the mistake of buying the round version, not the elongated. The seat itself is very small and the cover digs into your back so I'll be buying a new seat and cover set very soon. Also, the base is shorter than my previous toilet, so I needed to do some patchwork on the floor at the front of it - be sure to check measurements before buying.

After noticing them I checked other reviews of this model ( 4215 A) and MANY other people are having g problems with them cracking as well. I’m worried now …

Rated 2 out of 5 by Kevin G from Complete Flushing Only When Lever Held Down Ever since we purchased the 4149A model Champion toilet we needed to hold the lever down in order for the toilet to properly flush. I changed the chain length hoping it would make a difference but it made no difference. Otherwise, it is a wonderfully comfortable toilet for a 6'6" tall guy like myself. I got used to holding the handle down, but my wife hates it every time she uses it. Today I had a professional plumber install another two toilets in the house (both American Standard!) and asked him to fix this one. He was surprised to see the unique 3" tall seat for the flapper and suggested I just buy new, better toilet!

The caulking inside the tank is not even attached to the back side of the tank, and the water flows over between the foam insulation and the ceramic. After waiting on hold for an hour to speak to someone, a condescending individual put me on a "quick hold", which lasted 13 minutes. He offered only a replacement valve, which will take 10 days to receive. He then again put me on a 'quick hold', which lasted another 13 minutes. He refused to hear my concerns about the extra costs for plumbers fees, and actually hung up on me. Really bad quality of products and service. Never again!

After being installed by the plumber the tank leaks from the bottom. Lowe’s will do nothing because it was installed for 3 days. Totally lost our business
