You will receive a call from our delivery service partner within 72 hours after your purchase to set a delivery date for products in stock.
If you bought one or more special-order items, the Customer Service – RONA Appliances Central will contact you within 72 hours to confirm your order. When the merchandise arrives, our delivery partner will contact you to set a delivery date.
It is important to give the following information upon confirmation of your delivery:
You will receive an automatic calling on the eve of the scheduled delivery date to confirm the time window you have been given.

It is important that you provide all the accessories needed (new and unpacked) to install your appliances. Indeed, to ensure your complete satisfaction and security, our experts are not allowed to install your appliances using existing hoses or pipes.
Measure the surface area where the appliance is to be installed, and the width of doors and corridors for example.
Take off anything that could impair the effective delivery of your appliances: doors, doorframes, stair railings, etc....
Prepare your old appliances for pick-up and disconnect them. Connecting natural gas appliances requires the services of a professional, at your expense.
Our delivery personnel will arrive on the date set within the time window previously confirmed.
Drain hose and supply lines will be installed and connected to the faucets.
Connection to existing ventilation system (if there are no modifications to be made).
Refrigerator doors and
door handles will be

**This is an estimate and may vary according to the availability of the delivery or due to any other factors beyond the control of the Réno-Dépôt stores. Delivery is only possible within a radius of 100 km around the selected store.
You can obtain a refund of your purchase of home appliances by asking that your order be cancelled at any time prior to the delivery. Restocking fees equal to 25% of the purchase price will apply to special order. The refund will be made by the original method of payment.
If for any reason (other than for a defect or damage – please see “Defects and Damages” below) you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may choose one of these two options in the 30 days following the purchase:
The home appliance must be returned in its original condition, without any damage or scratches, with the original documentation (guides, instruction manuals, etc.), in acceptable sanitary conditions for RONA Inc. and must be accompanied by the original receipt. The exchanges and the returns can only be made with the store where the home appliance was purchased. Please dial 1-844-RENO-911 for further information.
You must inspect your home appliances at the time of delivery. In case of dissatisfaction, refuse the items before signing the delivery receipt. Be sure to report any product defects or damages to the delivery personnel. Damages or defects must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. We may send a technician to your home to assess the problem and attempt to solve it. In this case, the legal or manufacturer’s warranty will apply, and not this Return Policy.
Notwithstanding this Return Policy, RONA Inc. reserves the right to limit or refuse a return at its sole discretion. This Return Policy may be modified at any time without notice.
Financing promotion program conditions Eligibility subject to Fédération des caisses Desjardins du Québec approval. All annual interest rates indicated are subject to change. The financing offer is available on a Réno-Dépôt, RONA and RONA VISA Desjardins credit cards and other credit card issued by the Federation ("the Card").
± The "Deferred payment, no payments or interest" offer allows to make a purchase without having to make any reimbursement nor incurring interest during the period determined at the time of purchase. If the balance due for this purchase is not paid in full at the end of the period, such balance will be payable in 12 equal monthly instalments, if the balance is less than $1,000, in 24 equal and consecutive monthly instalments if the balance is equal or greater than $1,000 but less than $3,000, and 36 equal and consecutive monthly instalments if the balance is equal or greater than $3,000. An annual interest rate of not more than 21.9% will apply to the balance.
§The "Multiple purchases through equal payments" offer or "Multi-purchase Plan" allows the customer to make multiple purchases over a period of two months ("the deferral period") for a specific project, without making any payment nor incurring interest during this period. At the end of the deferral period, the balance of the multiple purchases is payable in 24 or 36 equal and consecutive monthly instalments, accordingly to the plan registered during the deferral period, at an annual interest of 13.5% if the balance is less than $2,500 or, if the balance is equal to or greater than $2,500, at an annual interest rate of 4.0% (for transactions posted to the account with the 24 instalments plan during the deferral period) or at 6% (for transactions posted to the account with the 36 instalments plan during the deferral period). Equal monthly instalments are included in the minimum payment due on the card. If the minimum payment due is not paid in full by the due date, the annual interest rate of not more than 19.9% on the card applies to the unpaid equal monthly instalment, including monthly instalment.
