You can obtain a refund of your purchase of home appliances by asking that your order be cancelled at any time prior to the delivery. Restocking fees equal to 25% of the purchase price will apply to special order. The refund will be made by the original method of payment.
If for any reason (other than for a defect or damage – please see “Defects and Damages” below) you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may choose one of these two options in the 30 days following the purchase:
The home appliance must be returned in its original condition, without any damage or scratches, with the original documentation (guides, instruction manuals, etc.), in acceptable sanitary conditions for RONA Inc. and must be accompanied by the original receipt. The exchanges and the returns can only be made with the store where the home appliance was purchased. Please dial 1-844-RENO-911 for further information.
You must inspect your home appliances at the time of delivery. In case of dissatisfaction, refuse the items before signing the delivery receipt. Be sure to report any product defects or damages to the delivery personnel. Damages or defects must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. We may send a technician to your home to assess the problem and attempt to solve it. In this case, the legal or manufacturer’s warranty will apply, and not this Return Policy.
Notwithstanding this Return Policy, RONA Inc. reserves the right to limit or refuse a return at its sole discretion. This Return Policy may be modified at any time without notice.
