Lexington 10x14 ft Steel Shed Barn Taupe/Eggshell is rated 3.1 out of 5 by 90.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Terry T. Installing this shed was a bit challenging, and took longer than we expected (2 1/2 days), but in the end it is a beautiful building, and I expect it to last many years. I wouldn't recommend taking on this challenge if you don't have two mechanically skilled people to accomplish it. The only time we had problems was when we didn't follow the instructions as written. Those instructions are well written, but must be followed to the letter. I agree with the other reviewers that the screws are a bit short, and it would be helpful for them to be longer. I'm very glad that I purchased this shed, and recommend it very highly. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Arrow shed You should be prepared to spend several days building this shed or any of the Arrow sheds. The metal edges are very sharp. Unfortunately, you can't use gloves while assembling them because you can't hold the screws and washers. As long as you start with a square and level floor, the shed assembles fairly easy. There is one flaw with the roof. The metal tape they give you to seal the roof rips when you go to tighten the screws. I would recommend that you purchase a thicker metal tape to seal the roof. You need to have this tape before you start to build the shed. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 1 out of 5 by from good luck built a floor out out 3/4 in treated plywood. lever , square the whole works. put the base down - no problem - putting up the sides - big problem - takes a minimum of two people. pulled that all up and built a wood frame put up the siding and put in pop rivets to secure where metal to metal - have the roof to go - not too sure about this but if that doesn't workout then i'll put in wood rafters and go from there. the metal is very, very thin- must be 31 guage or smaller. 440 screws and about half as many bolts - if you use a cordless driver - set it at very low. screws will pull through. metal is thin

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Shed I have several of these sheds. Been a great buy. I assembled all of them by myself and a 6 foot ladder. I have them lined up on one side of a detached two car garage. The hardest part of the job was the layout and squaring up the foundation. Once the foundation was set, the shed went up in a few hours on a Saturday morning. Mine are customized with electric and indoor and outdoor lighting. I actually have one set up with a sink. I have a couple that after I assembled, I reinforced the walls and roof with studs and heavy duty shelving. I cannot say enough about these sheds. I would recommend them to anyone that needs extra storage and has half a brain and some common sense. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Like the building, a lot of storage inside. You have to be careful with plastic washers on the, what seems like, 2 million screws, especially on the roof, if they get a little deformed, too loose or too tight, it will leak. Do not try to put this building up if there is any wind at all. It took three of us the whole day to get this thing up, weather called for a calm day but the breeze picked up that afternoon and made getting this thing up a real bear, but finally got it put up and sealed, it seems to be really solid [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Base didnt match metal and support I purchased a 10x14 shed. Built a floor and attached the 10x14 base, began to put up sides and mid frame, but came to find out I was only given the metal and braces for mid and top frame to complete a 10x12 shed. Mid and top frame were short had to manufacture my own pieces and use some extra sheet metal I had laying around to complete. Am currently looking into where to buy extra panels so that the shed will match. Very generic product, would never buy another or recommend to anyone. Took 5 guys 15 hours to build and it still looks and feels like its built out of straw. Should have just built my own. Would have been faster, cheaper, and better quality. Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not Recommended for Any Windy Areas This shed requires 3 people to complete an installation correctly. This assembly took 17 hours with 1 person to set up hardware and layout pieces, 1 person to drill in the screws, and 1 person on the outside to install the nut. The roof is very difficult, so plan it very carefully. It's been assembled for a week and already has a bowed out side from the wind. The metal walls and roof really should be a thicker gauge, this shed dents very, very easy. Overall this shed does not compare to a wood shed, and I would not recommend this product.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Difficult to assemble. Metal panels are paper-thin The first thing you should do if you buy this building is return it before you open the box. The design is extremely flimsy. There is no good way to support the frame to keep it plumb and square during construction. As a result, the panels must be bowed to align the screw holes, and some panels cannot be aligned. The roof panels are so thin that it is impossible to reach the far side of the panels to install the screws without bending the panels. As a professional engineer, I would turn in my license if I had produced this design.
