This 40,000 BTU gas grill includes 4 Dual-Tube(TM) burners that provide heat evenly on every grate, and Linear-Flow(TM) valves for infinite heat control. The thick cast aluminum cookbox cooks meals just like a convection oven. Stainless steel cooking grids have great heat retaining capabilities and resist corrosion and wear, while the stainless steel Flav-R-Wave(TM) cooking system vapourizes juices to enhance the unique barbecue flavour of grilled meats. The powerful 10,000 BTU infrared side burner uses intense heat to quickly sear meats. Featuring a wide 660 sq. in. of total cooking space, you can invite friends and family over for a feast! Sure-Lite(TM) ignition system is a reliable single-button flame starter, and integrated Accu-Temp(TM) lid thermometer gives you a clear idea of internal temperature. Rated 5 out of 5 by RawmS from Excellent BBQ Grill and Infrared Side Burner. After a lifetime of going through cheap BBQs this one is so solid a build. I'm thinking it may be the last one I have to purchase. Sorry BroilKing! I purchased a few extra bits and pieces that I figured would take the brunt of the wear & tear along with a few accessories. My model isn't the top of the line but it is a truly well built unit. The side burner is a bonus... just plop the steak on it for 30 seconds a side to sear it, then into the BBQ for a totally controlled, evenly balanced broil. Easy cleanup. Nice work, BroilKing!

Once managed this grill exceptionally sears all cuts and evenly grills to perfection. For my daughters wedding I grilled a turkey. It was top tier full of flavour including a smoke ring within the meat. She and the guests were delighted.

The water enters under the closed lid that does not have any overlap, runs into the grease pan and then the pan overflows....flooding the inside as it makes an oily mess of everything inside the cabinet. Two e-mail complaints sent to Broil King are not yet answered.
