Does this go over the door? Is the mounting hardware included? The name says door mirror but it's not clear if the hardware to mount it to the door is included.

Rated 5 out of 5 by joesq from Very nice quality and at an extremely low price. I saw this online and was skeptical that a mirror at such a low price would be worth it. This mirror is perfect. I use it on the back of a closet door and honestly, cannot understand why anyone would get anything else for this purpose. The reflection is clear and perfect.
