This convenient Craftsman set with 3-position ratchet screwdriver comes with different sizes of bits and a telescoping magnetic pick-up tool. The screwdriver handle feature 3 specialized sections, depending on the job that needs to be done. First, the speed zone offers fast rotation control for efficient operation. Rated 1 out of 5 by Matt from Be careful not to lose bits inside the handle... This product has a serious design flaw. You're supposed to put the bits into an additional adapter that comes with the screwdriver. The problem is the adapter looks like an extension rod. It doesn't look like it's needed by default. So if you try putting bits directly into the chuck of the screwdriver they'll just slide up into the handle and there is NO easy way to get them out of the handle when this happens. At the very least they could have put a little access cover on the top so you could fish them out. I expect better than this from a Craftsman product. Lubing up the chuck with white lithium grease did allow me to finally force the bit back out after about 15 mins of shaking the thing back and fourth....

There is a spot in the case that appears made to hold the extendable part of the tool, but it cannot be removed and instead sticks out about 2"! Unsure if this case was designed for a different tool or nobody paid any attention to details when they put this together. The zipped closed configuration leaves a big gap any of the bits could fall out of, and since the extending part does not come off to store, it sticks out and looks ridiculous. Very disappointed.

I went to use it the first time and saw that the socket in the Tool Head would accept the bit. That was my mistake. Since there is no backstop for just using the bit, it went all the way down into the handle and cannot be removed. The extension still goes in, but now I am short one Phillips driver.

I love how easy it is to use and has every bit you can think of in one convenient case. I have been telling everyone about this product. It is definitely very affordable. I couldn't believe how sturdy and durable it is. I definitely recommend this product to everyone. I couldn't believe how much more I can do with out having to keep stopping and hunting other tips or screwdrivers to do my work and don't have to carry around tons of screwdrivers. No stress any more cause you have 26 different Bits in one box. Craftsman has done it again.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Karen230 from Absolute Garbage [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was excited to pick up this tool, impressed with the whole kit assembly, variety of bits, and hoped the ratcheting would be helpful with my arthritis. First time I went to use it, I assembled it with the proper bit, and it promptly fell out. NONE OF THE BITS OR EXTENSIONS ARE MAGNITIZED!! It is impossible to use because the bits will not stay in. I couldn't even remove a simple outlet cover without pick the bit up off the floor 3 times. I can't return it fast enough.

Rated 3 out of 5 by TeddyN from Handle doesn’t fit case Overall I like the screw set. However no matter how much I and my friends try to remove the shaft, it will not come out. Therefore the screwdriver handle does not fit in the case. Really annoying and ridiculous. I like the set enough to recommend it but I would like to have a reply from you as to how to remove the shaft. And if it can’t be done, I would like you to replace the set with a functioning one. I got this as a Christmas gift so I wasn’t able to return it.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Chaee from Not a work tool [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was excited initially about having a ratchet driver to make tedious tasks easier until I actually used it. The telescoping release got stuck on day one, I had to whack it a few times to release it. Then the telescoping catch malfunctioned and while pressing into a phillips head screw the driver collapsed causing me to rap my knuckles on the panel I was mounting. The entire bit started wobbling after day two and is now too loose to reliably use. This would be nice around the house for housewives who aren't afraid to take stuff apart when it stops working but it's not for the job site.

Craftsman should of put a screw on cap at the end of the driver, so if this happens we can at least take out the bit. Over all a descent product. But would not buy it again for that reason.
