Rated 5 out of 5 by TDouble from Great Little 3/8” Impact Wrench I have used this impact wrench for many different applications while I was doing a Head Gasket jobber on a buddys truck. It is very light weight and powerfull for its size. Batteries last a long time (still on the first one). I feel this is the perfect go-to gun to get most any screw or fastner started with its hi and low torque settings. It did very well on the VCG, Oil Pan, Intake Manifold and Head Bolts just to get them all set before I used my torque wrench. I am so impressed with it, I will be buying the 1/2” 20V version to assist where this had its limitations.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this a month ago and brought it to work while I was building unistrut racks for conduit. The size was great for tight places and the power for tightening the 1/2 strut bolts was more than adequate. The 3 impact modes is a feature I haven’t seen before and it does come in handy for delicate situations. It would be nice if these new 12v came in tough system or tstak cases. Overall great product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] just finished fixing a 94 ranger that got rear ended, and this thing got loose all of the rusty exhaust bolts, rear bumper bolts, transmission bolts, frame bolts.... it made the job so much easier! I am very impressed with this tool!

Rated 5 out of 5 by PaulB from Great Lightweight Impact Wrench [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been pleasantly surprised by how much power and torque this thing has. I wasn't expecting much being a 12v tool, but it packs a punch. I still have an older corded version for when I need the extra muscle, but this is my go too now for most applications needing an impact wrench. The batteries last a really long time, and it's lightweight and portable. The speed adjustment on the top is handy for giving you the initial power you want, and the variable speed trigger gives even more control. Overall, I'm a big fan of it. Of course, I would expect nothing less from Dewalt.

Rated 4 out of 5 by cardo from A nice little impact and kit [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This wrench is well made and produces 125 ft-lbs of fastening torque. Fastening torque is the important spec not breakaway or nut-busting torque which is usually calculated using a hot fastener. This unit is comfortable in the hand with a very helpful bright led light ring and it will get into tight spaces if working on vehicles. This is perfect for smaller jobs, not the best choice for heavy suspension work, truck lug nuts or removing axle nuts but it is sufficient for many jobs. At the current pricing would be very hard to beat.

Nice for things that are normally tightened to 100 or less ft/lbs or so. Hope they come out with a 12v ratchet! Not as powerful as the 12v milwaukee stubby but almost 1/3 the cost. Pic next to 20v drill for comparison.
