Hello, after consulting electricians about my installation we settled with a 2pole 30amp breaker and my application required 2 heaters. 2 separate circuits. We used 10/2 wire and that is sufficient.
Garage is nice and toasty now!

My basement ceiling in my woodworking shop is only 7ft 7inches, can I still use this unit, should this unit be centered in the ceiling as this would put it over my dewalt table saw (plastic top) which would put the heater within 4ft of the top, please adv

can you send me a picture of the remote. I don’t see it in any of the information and there is no mention of it in the manual. Does the remote control all of the functions like temperature up and down and fan only or does it have limited function?

Good Heater - But difficult to control tempI installed the heater as per the instructions, but found that it turned itself of almost immediately as the sensor, even when extended, it too close to the unit. My solution was to place the thermocouple inside of a surface mount electrical box and insulate it well. This allows the heater to run for a reasonable time before the sensor reaches the set temperature. In addition, using the wire management makes it look much neater.

Fan does not stop..The fan keeps running all the time without any way to have it to work only when heating or while being hot... It’s anoying, it’s probably won’t last even 3 or 4 years at this rate..
