Rated 1 out of 5 by Drainvac from Do NOT buy! Avoid DrainVac Co. completely. Avoid this unit and Drain Vac as a company at my advise. Motor blew up on initial power up, metal racket, loud noise than smoke. Intake lines needed to be reworked for left side intake when most competitor units are on the right side. I spent an hour working the lines and installing to instruction guidelines. Contacted customer service that told me to return the unit to Lowes and had no other solution options. No sorry for my trouble, did not address the issue and did not care about what I had to deal with. Most importantly to me was that they never thought an apology was warranted. Returned unit for full refund.
