The attached pad has a sound rating of: STC 68 - IIC 66 per the vendor. Also per the vendor, cork pad can be supplemented.

I will Be using this on a camper floor will I need to purchase an underlay?

This product has its own under pad but if you want better sound resistance and cushion, additional under pad will help. A good under pad may cost $1/sq ft but worth. I used under pad because my condo corporation asked for it.

Can this be installed over tile? If so, do the grout lines need to be leveled?

Yes, installation over tile or store is OK as long as the tile or stone is flat. Don't worry about grout-lines, they are not an issue. If there are any broken or lose tiles, remove the broken pieces and fill this area level with a cement type patching compound, once it is hard (6 to 12 hours usually), you can install the Duraclic planks.

This Duraclic brand/name carries the most expensive LVP Flooring, looks great and possibly durable, however in the specification there is no mention of health related issues/ toxic chemicals like VOC & Phthalates,is Duraclic Riverstone Phthaltes free?

DuraClic floors are made from 100% virgin materials. They do not off-gas, emit VOC's or contain any formaldehyde. You can install them worry-free anywhere within your home or office, commerce etc.

It is much thicker and more rigid then most other LVP floors on the market. Installed it ourselves in throughout our entire basement. As first time flooring installers, we were a little nervous...but after watching several YouTube videos, we took the plunge. Couldn’t be happier with the results! The colour we chose was “Riverstone”...but Duraclic has several other attractive colours to choose from. Great product, especially for basements, or bathrooms and kitchens due to its waterproof nature.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Innovative from Use of a supplemental acoustic underpad READ THE INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY: If required by your condo association, this product may be installed over a supplemental layer of 3mm or 6mm acoustic cork underlayment. Do not install this product over other types of underpads, soft, rough, non-flat, uneven or other non-approved surfaces, doing so will damage the locking system and void the product warranty. This applies to ALL THE DURACLIC PRODUCTS.

Rated 5 out of 5 by MaximOK from So far so good Bought at Lowe's on sale almost a year ago. First, installed in the kitchen at that time. No issues, except with really heavy objects - they deform the planks and lift the floor around - so, I had to cut it around the biggest kitchen cabinet (same can be true for a bigger fridge - may need some kind of platform for legs to distribute the weight). Also, summer temperature changes cause significant expansion and contraction (especially if under direct sunlight) - need proper gaps and this also causes some squeaking when walking - no such an effect now (in winter, when we keep the thermostat at constant temperature). Overall, easy to work with, looks good, easy cleaning, so, doing bathrooms and other areas now.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Kathleen I from An expensive nightmare I bought enough Riverstone Oak to replace all of the flooring on the ground floor of our house, and had it installed by Lowes. Some boards slid under the baseboards and the kitchen island, leaving large gaps. The installer returned and did some adjustments and replaced some boards, but the gaps resurned. The tongues have broken off some of the boards, and the surface layer has broken on some boards, with sections curling up and leaving some significant hazards. Lowes reported that the manufacturer denies responsibility and says that it is the installer's fault. Lowe's will have the floor redone, using extra product that we bought. The work will be done using the same installer and the same procedures. The blue painter's tape in the photos is to protect our feet.

The first installation was for my cottage basement where we laid approximately 900 sq ft on top of Drycore subflooring. I particularly like the rigidness of the planks and the thermo-acoustic underpad. While sound deadening wasn't a concern for a basement application, it provides a solid quality feel to the floor. The planks connected very easily and non have separated. The floor looks amazing. This purchase is for a 700 sq ft rental apartment unit where I will be laying it over the existing oak strip flooring.

We tested it by putting water on a n extra piece for more than 24 hours with no damage. We have used this color and the grey oak and love the look.
