Description

Dyna-Glo radiant tank top heaters, via the adjustable heat angle feature, can provide heat in multiple directions at once. Radiant heaters are designed to disperse heat in concentrated areas as they are less likely to be affected by external elements such as wind. These CSA certified multifunctional units will heat a radius of 15 square feet. A propane tank not included.

Hello Dreb, This is a construction heater for either indoor construction or outdoor use. Its intended use is primarily the temporary heating of buildings or structures under construction, alteration or repair. All the products of combustion generated by the heater are forced through the heater and released into the area being heated. This heater operates at approximately 98%+ combustion efficiency but still produces a small amount of carbon monoxide so ventilation is required. -GHP Group Customer Support

Rated 1 out of 5 by Robert from Leak's Propane I bought two of these heaters, the first had a small leak before it broke. Several small brass items fell out when i disconnected it from the tank. I returned it and got another one. The second one leaked propane around the tube on the heater where it threads into the tank. I tried thread sealer compound, the more i tried the worse it got. The heater worked good but the leak is very Dangerous. This product should be removed before someone get's hurt!!!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by Mike from Excellent Small Space Heater This is the second one of these heaters that I have purchased. The heater is perfect for use in smaller workspaces. I use them on my boat as well as in my small workshop. The adjustable output is perfect to maintain comfort in varying conditions. The radiant heat output is most pleasant compared to convection type units. Propane consumption is very reasonable. An excellent product.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Bill from Quick Heat! This fairly simple heater took a few matches for me to figure out how to get started, but once it did... WHAM! It heated up my 10x20 foot greenhouse quite quickly. Had to put it down on the lowest setting. Only con for me personally, is that it's probably too big of a heater for my greenhouse, as I run out of propane in 3 nights rather than weekly when I was using a much lower BTU Mr. Heater.

The only flaw is the "floating" turn handle that slides over the knob that attaches to the propane tank. The design makes it VERY difficult to use due to its tendency to slide off the attachment knob. This difficulty is compounded by the very limited amount of space one has to hold the floating handle onto the tightening knob.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Joanna from Dyna Pro Heater I just bought one a week ago. In fact I have had several of them. I don't smoke in my house. So its perfect in the garage. Of course I leave my big garage door open a little for ventilation. It keeps it very comfortable while I am out there.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Arty009 from Sensitive to movement It’s sensitive barely move it will shut off. 15’ radius more like 10’ on high but still does what I need. Heats garage enough to work in when below 32 so good enough for me. Started out with full 40 lb RV cylinder. I built a square dolly with castors to roll it around garage. I use one of those extra long lighters to light. Be ready to hold in on the Red plunger for more than 30 seconds. Of course please read the directions first.
