Rated 5 out of 5 by lilibeth777 from I beg to differ - it's great We purchased 48 boxes of this flooring a couple months ago to complete the rest of the rec room area (1000 sq ft total). We already had 9 boxes previously purchased to do an adjoining spare room. We didn't read any reviews as there weren't any posted. While this is not my first DIY floor project, it is my first with this product. Also, as a decorator, I am rather particular when it comes to end results :) As with most interlocking flooring, the joins need to be tightened up. I am using the groove end of a scrap piece of sub-floor to gently tap them in and it's working great. No showing seams with a tight fit and there has been no tile waste with all panels going together fine. In regards to the "lip" issue - a rubber mallet takes care of that as well. Have a bit of patience, take your time and enjoy the results!

Rated 1 out of 5 by not a happy camper 1000 from Poor excuse for flooring Purchased this "Waterproof Luxury Vinyl Flooring Tiles" for our kitchen, these rate in the top 3 Worst tiles for installation I have come across, following instructions to the letter, the short joints are not only hard to get in place they won't stay together. I have 20 year old peel and stick tiles that the joints look better. spending the day, and only getting less than half the kitchen done. there is nothing about drop and click with these tiles. I'm ready to rip these up and return them to the store. but I'm forced to endure and try and make a silk purse out of a sows ear.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Hotrod99 from Looks good and hard wearing BUT.... I bought 18 boxes to do my kitchen, eating and laundry areas. I was pleased with the appearance and stiffness and hardness of the tile. However you should be prepared for a very high discard rate of about 25% of tiles, or one in every four tiles, through no fault of your own. When they fit together well they look great and you can hardly see the join on all sides, but many of the tiles fit together badly with either a small gap or one tile slightly lower than the other at the ends, and this despite laying on a flat floor with great care to keep rows straight, to clean any debris from grooves and on the floor, and to close gaps by hammering with a hand or rubber mallet, and by tapping the edges to close gaps with a small block of wood thus preventing damage. The need to keep trying different tiles to get a good fit wastes a good deal of time and money and is very frustrating. The instructions are a bit hard to read being on the smallest possible sheet of paper in a micro print and they should be 10 to 15% larger. They are adequate but the instructions regarding tile overlap seem contradictory and impossible to adhere to. I avoided any related concern by half overlapping tiles in adjacent rows and taking care to align joints between rows rather than randomising them. This helps to keep the rows straight and holds the tiles in place well. I recommending giving great care and thought to where you start working from in a room and what you might need to cut off that first tile in order for subsequent joins all over the room to fall in suitable ie acceptable places and to avoid have to lay narrow strips that wont be properly retained. You have to leave a rather large 3/8 gap all around the edges which is rather large compared with some baseboard edging pieces. You do have to cut of the bottom of door frames so the tiles have room to expand underneath. I recommend a Stanley Fat Max saw designed for the purpose and use a small piece of scrap tile under the saw to position it at the right height. Per the instructions, you always have to work from left to right. It is worth knowing that once you have a row in place you can add tiles on both sides of the row but always working from left to right. This fact helps when working around obstacles like a kitchen counter that projects into the middle of a room. The tiles are well made in terms of finish and material and performance in service, but they need to improve the quality control of the grooves cut on the edges to achieve. a more consistent fit.

Rated 1 out of 5 by JudiK from Worst tile ever! Although I purchased 8 cases of this ‘beautiful looking’ tile 28/9/21, my contractor was only able to install it 1 month ago. Already it is separating at the seams. Lots of waste due to different thickness of tiles. It looks like and is crap. Do not waste your hard earned $’s. I am about to purchase a different product and it will be installed shortly. I am now the original cost plus the replacement tiles, plus having to pay the contractor to install a new floor for a second time.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Anonymous from Garbage I purchased 25 boxes to do my salon floor and when my contractor showed up to lay the flooring not a single tile would fit together end to end without a lip that would catch your foot walking over it. Day of contractor labour wasted and many days of my own time. Not impressed. Now I have 900lbs of garbage vinyl flooring that can't be installed, my contractor is out of time and I have a home business that cannot be run on top of unfinished floor.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Lilibethanne777 from I beg to differ - it's great - UPDATE:) This is in response to the issue of gaps. I would by no means consider this a product issue. I am not a contractor. I am a 5'6", 63-year-old retired accountant with hands the size of a 12-year-old girl at best! As with any interlocking floor, the seams need to be tightened up. This solves the gaps. A small piece of 2x4 or grooved subfloor and some careful hammering does the job. Also, any waste has been my fault due to miscuts! I've included photos of the job currently in progress. To confirm this works over the long haul, the photos with the sofa are of the floor done a year ago. Note I have completed all installation myself. This may be too late for those with such negative reviews but I'm hoping it will encourage those to put the time and patience into an amazing floor that will look great and hold up to daily life.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Dee$$$$ from Look nice but …. Not overly luxurious for sure Not bad for what you pay for. I tiled mine staggered with grout instead of clicking them together. They do look nice but not greatest quality. Good enough for how little it cost to do three spaces in the house .
