This combo kit by EGO is part of the EGO POWER+ multi-head system. The 10-inch pole saw provides efficient cutting and limbing, while the automatic lubrication system lets you work until the job is done. The OregonMicro-Lite(TM) narrow-kerf cutting system features a narrow-kerf sprocket nose and Double Guard® bars. The power head is compatible with all EGO multi-head attachments and is also compatible with all EGO POWER+ ARC Lithium(TM) batteries to deliver Power Beyond Belief(TM). Get up to 70 cuts on a single charge with the recommended 56 V 2.5 AH ARC Lithium(TM) battery (available separately).

Rated 5 out of 5 by Jlarue from EGO is the real deal I have the EGO leaf blower, weed eater and now a pole saw. My husband never purchased a thing without doing his homework on products. He hit a home run when he got me the blower and weed eater . He was getting me easy and simple products to use because he was sick with ALS , after he passed away I tried to use his pole saw and it was heavy and bulky for me so I purchased this Ego pole saw that attached to my weed eater and didn’t have to get a battery, It’s fairly lite and easy to use. It’s wonderful and my yard is starting to look good. I’m getting a lawn mower next Don’t hesitate on getting this brand it’s great, it’s built well and easy to set up.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Dmjr from Good saw with some issues This is a great pole Saw has plenty of power I was able to cut down two small trees with split trunks that I couldn’t reach with a regular chainsaw made the job much easier. What I don’t like about it is the safety button location on the side of the handle under your right thumb The location makes it difficult to engage when you have to tip the saw so the button faces the ground I think this something that needs to be addressed in the future. The saw also leakes bar and chain oil even while not in use just sitting which means it needs to be emptied after every use so it doesn’t make a mess I haven’t contacted customer service yet about this issue

Rated 4 out of 5 by AL HogFan from 10in multihead chainsaw on a pole I have owned 3 corded pole saws and the ego multi head pole saw is as good as any of those. It is heavier than expected and I was disappointed that it could not extend to a longer reach. It falls about in the middle of the length of my other saws depending on their shortest or extended length. For the price I paid I felt it should have included at least one of the available extension poles. I deducted one star for the weight and fact I need to buy an extension piece for the pole to get greater length. Battery life has been great on this 2.5ah battery as well as the 5ah batteries that I have on blower and 16in chainsaw. I did not receive any type incentive for writing this review.

We’ve used their lawn mower for several years and have been very satisfied so decided to replace several old corded and battery powered tools including a black and decker battery powered pole saw. I like the ego pole saw with a couple caveats. It is more powerful than my B&D, but the battery is significantly heavier. It takes more strength to use even though the tool is well balanced. It is not as long as my B&D when both are configured with an extension. The Ego is messier since it comes with a bar chain oil reservoir which my B&D does not require.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Anonymous from EGO Tree Saw I have a lot of trees on my lot. This saw has allowed me to trim low hanging branches to allow more sunlight to get to my grass. It conveniently operates with the 5 amp battery pack that came with my ego blower. No gas or carburetor to deal with. Runs for a long time (sorry, haven’t clocked it) and has more than enough power to cut up to the 4” branches I’ve had to cut. Also purchased the 31” extension giving an extra reach. The attachments have a 2” coupler, a lock and a thumb screw to secure the extension and tools - great system. Definitely recommend this tool.

Rated 5 out of 5 by DaveH from Great cutting 10" pole saw for small branches Great tool for trimming small branches. I used on steep bank that I couldn't stand on. Worked great to cut small trees that were starting to grow. I would have had to use a repelling harness to get to them. Only complaint would be that the bar chain oil that is left in the tank leeks out like other chain saws do. I wish there was a better way to store this without having to remove what is left. It leaks out all over everything that is under it. It cuts clean and easy to use. I really like the interchangeable head and probably will order the weed trimmer next. Great idea so you don't have to get multiple tools.

Rated 3 out of 5 by samiam from Saw attachment needs an improvement I recently purchased the Ego Power Pole Saw to trim trees in my yard. I've never owned a pole saw before but it was easy enough to assemble and use. I've used the saw three times so far and it performed well. However, there is one design flaw I discovered: the black plastic cover over the saw chain can come off and must be tighten after each use. There is only a single bolt holding the cover in place, and after about 20 minutes of use can loosen. Mine came off during use and the chain tore off a piece of the plastic. Good thing I has wearing an eye protection.

I can go get my weed wacker out of my garage and I don't need any help. All i do is put my battery on and off I go. I loved it so much. I went out and bought a blower. The same thing. Put the battery on and off you go. No Gas No Pulling. Then I bought the extension pole with the chain saw on the end. IT'S the best tool ever. Put the battery on and off i went. I LOVE ALL THREE OF MY TOOLS.I told my husband. I should do a commercial for ego. These products are also light weight.
