I tried unplugging and replugging after 10 min but didn’t change anything. We have not used it all summer but wanted to use it again this week as it is colder but it is not working... some advice or recommendation

Nous avons une forte odeur de crevettes pas fraîches qui empeste la pièce chaque fois que nous allumons le chauffage. Malheureusement, cela nous empêche d’utiliser le foyer pleinement, car l'élément chauffant doit rester fermé.
