It runs off of your typical AA battery, in which they include the first set for you. The LED light is very bright and useful in case of a power outage. It has striped reflective strips so it is easy to see when you need to grab it. It is a lightweight plastic, but works well. I like that it can float in case you are caught in a flash flood or similar situation. I hung mine up in my foyer for easy access. There is a hook on the bottom that aids in attaching it to different things you may need it for.

I keep a box of hurricane supplies ready and I always include flashlights. I chose this one because it has 35 hours of run time and it floats in water. These are important because if we lose power during a hurricane, it can sometimes take days before power is restored. Water is always an issue during hurricanes as well and this one is waterproof. I like that this battery takes two double A batteries that are included when you purchase this flashlight. I also like that this flashlight is so lightweight. I am definitely storm ready.

I use this flashlight when I take my dog out at night and I can see great in it's illumination. It's comfortable to hold, and easy to turn off and on. This light is durable, my kids have dropped it several times, and it's still going strong. I like that it is waterproof and floats, so it can be used for a wide number of uses like in an emergency kit or on a boat.

Body of the flashlight is red in color. Very sturdy and very light in weight. Perfectly suits our outdoor trips. This LED light is very bright. It has got good grip to hold and is build with soft on/off button easy to turn on and off. At the bottom of the flashlight there is kind of hole which helps hung it to backpacks or anywhere to make it easily accessible. It’s a water proof one and needs 2 count AA batteries that are already included in the set. Inserting batteries is an easy task, just turn the top head portion of the flashlight insert 2 AA batteries and put the head portion of the light back in its place and we are all set to use.

This flashlight is a great value and made by a good brand, the batteries included seem to have a pretty good shelf life, its very light weight and easy to hold, gives off a very bright light and comes in a nice bright color thats easy to find. I did also test the waterproof and floating features of the flashlight and those both worked well. I would buy another one.

We used it for a 5 night camping trip and did not notice the brightness diminishing with use at all. It's also very light weight which is great for camping purposes. Simple on/off button makes it a no fuss flashlight. I didn't have the opportunity to put it to the test with being waterproof but that was a must have feature when I was looking for a new flashlight.

The Energizer waterproof LED flashlight is perfect for all those things. It is a super lightweight flashlight. The LED light is bright and perfect for nigh time. It has a 35hr run time which is great. The kids like to take it swimming and shine the light in the water to see how far down they can see. We will get so much use I want to get another one!
