Rated 2 out of 5 by Tom Edison from No 220V I returned the genetic without opening the box. I purchased in a panic due to severe wind storm that knocked out power in our neibourhood. I new by the number of snapped power poles that I would be out of electricity for a while. Infact it was 6 days. Hence I required a larger generator capable of making 220 volts, needed to run my well pump. I returned the PO3601 and purchased the last generator in the store, a Firman 8000. This machine is awsome, it provided us with enough power to run all 120V & 220V appliances in our home. I would recommend the Firman PO8004 anyone who requires 220 Volts 50 Amp power requirement.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Chell T from Amazing generator Unfortunately my family has not had electricity since the beginning of the pandemic and our local energy company has made it nearly impossible for us to get the service restored so we have been forced to live by way of generator. We got one of these via the local rent to own stores and I can't say enough good things about it. We have no choice but to run it round the clock if we want to feel like we are at the very least civilized. The amount of time this generator has lasted under this type of constant use has far surpassed our expectations. Every machine we used prior have up the ghost within a month. We have had this one several months and it is still running strong and yes we do constantly maintain it as best we can constantly monitoring oil and such. Props to the builder of this machine. It has literally been a lifesaver as when we found this we had ran out of funds completely and would have been in the dark. They are definitely built to last and I recommend this brand to everyone whom asks about it. It seems there are a lot of families who have been reduced to this means of living due to the pandemic sadly. Thank you for giving us all a bit of hope by having a machine that is made well and won't leave us in the dark. We are truly grateful.
