I picked the white color vs stainless steel for a more bright and airy look. It’s so roomy and has a cute ice tray for the freezer. I love how bright the light is inside to see everything clearly. It’s super quiet! It came packaged really well and overall I’m very happy with the fridge! I can’t wait to fill it up! I have a five year old so it’s nice to keep fruits and healthy snacks ready for him when we are upstairs. Also I plan to have a second kid, so this will be much easier to store breast milk in rather than having to go downstairs to my kitchen fridge everytime.

Well the 2nd fridge finally gave up its second compressor so we bought a full size freezer, so what to do with the overloads, well there was the extra beverage center which cost a small fortune but it never seemed to go below 45 degrees and for beverages in the hot south it was totally underwhelming. So out with the old and in with this new compact fridge which has done perfectly with space and cooling. On a hot day, without adding ice, it is a bit of paradise to have a cool drink and also having a decent amount of overload space once again.

Rated 1 out of 5 by CaptainNemo from It is OK The door is ridiculously clumsy. The bars holding bottles and jars are made of wire and flop all over the place. Things can fall out very easily. A whole section is devoted to soda or beer cans, neither of which I use. The other shelves on the door are either too small or too large. The freezer is much too narrow, it just barely fits the ice cube trays. It also takes around 24 hours to freeze ice cubes solid. I did not choose this model, my landlord did. It was the only one that fit the cabinet in the kitchen. There is no provision to choose and change the shelves inside the unit.

Rated 5 out of 5 by geniabeana from Great little mini fridge! This was a replacement for one that we had for 16 years. We are happy with the appearance and performance. We are using it under the counter in a space that was constructed for the original one. Works perfectly. Quiet...seems to be efficient. Keeps things very cold and plenty of space. My one suggestion....please make one without fixed soda can placement. Seems that everyone has that and it is wasted space for us since we are not soda drinkers. I guess this was designed based on a college kid market. Other than that....perfect.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Sklywg from Frosty refrigerator I was looking for a refrigerator to keep beverages icy cold; about 34F degrees. I tried buying a less expensive brand but had to return it because it couldn't stay cold enough. This little refrigerator can maintain 34F easily and could be set even colder. I'm sure it's capable of freezing everything in there if I set it high enough. It has lots of space and convenient features like glass shelves, plus it looks great. It also doesn't require lots of space around it so I could build it into my man-cave bar. This is my second GE compact refrigerator. The first one is about 6 years old and my son took it to college, but it's still going strong. I'm very happy with this unit and expect it to last a long while.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Jacques62 from GE 5.6 Mini Refrig. Great, Freezer NOT SO Great ;( The GE on the counter mini fridge is an excellent selection. It has a clean appearance, which goes with any cabinet selection. It gets extremely cold and allows easy access.. The reason I gave it a four star is because of ongoing issues with the Freezer that must be thawed out at least every two months otherwise you end up with A huge iceberg, and the freezer becomes useless. At that point to reserve your items, you can put them on the top shelf and they’ll be half cold, if not frozen. The items in the refrigerators would have to go on the top shelf and not inside the freezer because of the major ice buildup

Rated 2 out of 5 by Charlotte Owner from Very Loud and should delete freezer for an extra I have a complete GE Monogram kitchen we love and thought it would be good to have a matching compact refridgerator for my home office to replace an older unit that died. Unit looks good and has real stainless steel front panel but unit is much louder than my older unit and the freezer section is a waste of space. (My older unit had another shelf for drinks vs. freezer) Looks good but for the extra money you pay for this fridge it should be quieter and better organized inside for efficiency and not just a fancier door. Not sure if its the new type of refridgerant used or the NEW owners of GE Appliances that changed the compressors to save money but if you want a quiet unit this is not it.

Rated 4 out of 5 by FLST1300Rider from Good Quality Good quality, well lit interior. I purchased this model as an under counter beverage refrigerator for our outdoor pool area. The freezer section in this model is tiny and could easily be increased in size by one or two inches without have a large impact on refrigerator interior space. There are NO storage bins in the door just a heavy wire fence that works great for holding cans or small bottles in place but for smaller items like a stick of butter they will fall through. This model has two glass shelves of which one is adjustable. You can easily store 24 or more beverage cans or bottle of beer. There is a large clear plastic draw at the bottom which offers a generous amount of storage space too.
