The teeth

Two configurations exist, single-sided teeth or double-sided teeth. Single-sided teeth are safer because they cut away from the user’s body, while the double-sided teeth are more efficient. Left-handed users prefer the latter. Don’t forget to verify the gaps between the teeth. The more spaced they are, the thicker the branches they can cut are.

Make large sweeping movements by angling your blade towards the bottom. Avoid large branches. Residential use hedge trimmers are not made to cut branches with a larger diameter than 3/4 of an inch.
