Thick 17 mil extreme grip for wood, stucco, brick and other rough surfaces. White polyethylene coated cloth backing with rubber adhesive.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Steve67 from Strong Tape - Keep Scissors Handy Gorilla tape is definitely quality tape as far as duct-like tape goes. I use it for household projects and for boxing up the Christmas tree after the season, etc. It's a bit pricey and requires the use of both hands (one generally holding scissors or a knife), but it adheres well and lasts for months if not years. It holds the Christmas tree box together for 11 months no problem, and it's a tight fit to get that darn tree in there. Sometimes I wonder how it ever came in that box to begin with. With 3 evenly spaced 30 inch strips, it holds the box without any trouble at all. I could probably use 2 strips, but I hate for things to come apart when I'm trying to take them down from the attic, so I don't take chances.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Fritz from Good for more than one kind of use. Great for making repairs on tarps and reinforcing storage containers. I've used it for stopping pin hole leaks in copper pipe until proper repair could be done. The strangest use I've used it for was to cut strips and place them in several locations on my basement floor to trap cave crickets. They're too fast to hit with a fly swatter or newspaper but once they walk onto one of the tape strips, they are stuck there till you kill them or they starve. Many other uses I haven't tried yet.

Rated 4 out of 5 by goosemomma from Super tape for tarps Superior to regular Duct tape. I used this to modify a reflective silver tarp for shade sides on my pop up canopy. I have used the black Gorilla tape before, but wanted the white for better color matching. This tape is easy to roll out, tears well and stays put - it does NOT curl up and separate after wear. Silver would have been the best color, but willing to overlook the color for performance. Store pickup is easy and very quick!

Rated 5 out of 5 by judy from As Advertised! I needed something to hold the back of a picture to the frame. I remembered the advertisements on TV about Gorilla Tape so decided to give it a try. Excellent! 5X stronger than masking or painters tape. It was a bit pricey and about $1.00 more than another brand but I went for this brand as it was my first time out. Consider it the next time you want to connect two things and don't want to (or don't know how to) use mechanical means.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Garry from Fantastic Tape fantastic glue !!!! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used this product before but have never had the chance to review it. So here it goes. The tape has multi-purpose use for us. We do a couple of huge garage sales a year and re-use or heavy duty plastic signs over and over again. We use the white to cover up the previous dates and write on it the new dates. We use it to repair the signs and fill in any torn verbiage. Then we use the tape to hold up the signs, just a little holds it up,even in the wind, the stuff sticks to any kind of surface. It's amazing and comes in handy for so many jobs, I always make sure I have it around, I also keep the black Gorilla Glue tape around as well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used Gorilla Tape to keep the legs together on some wicker furniture I was repainting. I have no idea how to wicker furniture. The Furniture is intended to be used. I couldn't have the legs fall apart. I chose Gorilla tape. It worked great and came in the color I wanted, and painting the tape was easy. No one will ever know it's there, and I know it will hold the weight of my quests. Just by unpeeling a piece from the roll you can tell it's strong.
