Description

Honeywell RTH221B Series thermostat with 1-week programming is flexible to customize room temperatures according to your lifestyle. You can select a unique program for the entire week or up to 4 different periods per day. The digital display features Fahrenheit or Celsius temperature and 12- or 24-hour clock options. The temperature set point is retained in memory in the event of a power outage. Other features include permanent and temporary override capability and soft-touch keys. The thermostat is easy to install and comes with a 1-year limited warranty.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Bobby271 from Cheapo garage F.A.G. suspended furnace It does just what I want it to do. I set the 4 times to low 55° when I enter the garage I set it to 70° on temp or hold if I'm going to be out there all day. When Ieave the garage it goes to 55°. It was a bit of a pain to set the temps seems it would not go down from 80° so I removed the batteries and put it outside in snowy temperature for 10 min. Then I had no problem setting it up .(a reboot maybe?) All is good so far. Replaced mercury switch

Rated 1 out of 5 by Blank12345 from Doesn't work out of the box Bought this so we could set the house to a consistent temp instead of our old dial. I hooked this up and put batteries in but this thermostat didn't turn the AC or the Furnace on. I reconnected my old thermostat and I will be returning the honeywell to lowes. This is my second honeywell product that hasn't worked perfectly and I've had to return so I won't be buying their products any longer.

Rated 4 out of 5 by H_bot from Great for the price Works as intended. Schedule is easy to program, but note it is for 7 days and not 5 and 2. I use it for my wood stove and am able to program it so the air damper will close after I go to bed to prevent cold air from coming in. I can also override the schedule if i want the fire to burn all night. Only draw back is the screen is not back lit.
