Rated 2 out of 5 by Canv from Only lasted 6 mths Bought this to replace an older model (8320-wi-fi) also. set-up is much simpler than the old ones and new options including programming fan. We want it for the smart adaptive recovery option for energy usage. It worked fine until this week when the 'smart adaptive technology' failed to work. Went through doing a 'reset to factory default' expecting it to work and today found it is still not working. For the price you pay and the warranty I would expect better. Our last one may have to be re-installed if Honeywell won't come through. I'm now concerned about their products.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Pennman23 from Wifi compatibility issues I bought the product new in store, but had issues registering and had to contact Honeywell. I found out product was already registered to another user. After an hour getting that fixed it does not context to wifi 6 modem only older modem in house will work. It also has issues when you try and adjust temperature higher then programmed and will seem to allow adjustments intermittently.
