Réno-Dépôt will guide you throughout your project. You will work with a store associate to select the essential elements required to update your shower. If you decide to move on with the project, we will take measurements for your new shower. An independent contractor will come to your home (a fee will be charged for this service) to take all the necessary measures to install the elements you have chosen beforehand. If additional services are required, such as the removal of your old shower, it will be possible to add them during the appointment. Those fees will be included in your quote.
Subsequently, an associate will contact you again to explain the details of your quote. Once you approve it and the products and services are paid for, the independent contractor will contact you to reserve an installation date, depending on the availability and arrival of the products. Once the installation is complete, he will make sure to clean the job site and explain the details of your warranty.

During this step, a local, licensed and insured independent installer will assess your project.
The installation project quote
Once measurements are completed, a store associate will contact you to share the details of your project quote.
Once the project is approved and the payment is done, a local, licensed and insured independent installer will schedule a second appointment to install your new shower.
Meaning:
• If you’re prepping the space yourself, remove the old wall tiles, the shower base and the doors (if applicable)
• Remove wall decorations and artwork along the walls for debris removal
• Permanent surfaces should be protected to avoid potential damage*
The installer will call ahead of time to confirm his estimated time of arrival and review safety steps with you.
All installers are required to pass a daily health screening, they must wear personal protective equipment, and sanitize work area and tools on each job.
Likewise, we require customers to practice social distancing at all times while installers are performing their job.
All installers are background checked, licensed where applicable and insured.
In order to be a part of our Independent Installer program, all contractors must go through the toughest rating test of all – your satisfaction.
