This offer is valid only for residential owners who have applied for a quote through the RÉNO-DÉPÔT installation program between March 23, 2023, and April 19, 2023, for an installation project among the categories listed below, and whose installation contract for that same project is signed with RÉNO-DÉPÔT no later than May 3, 2023. Maximum earnings limited to $2,500 per project. Installation project categories eligible to this offer are the following:

a) Special order kitchen cabinets: The discount is calculated on the price before tax of new special order kitchen cabinets and installation costs. Labor costs related to demolition and removal and other accessory works are excluded from this offer. The project value must be of at least $2,500 before tax to be eligible to this offer;
b) Kitchen refacing: The discount is calculated on the price before tax of the kitchen refacing project. The offer doesn’t apply on kitchen hardware replacements and / or countertops. The project value must be of at least $2,500 before tax to be eligible to this offer;
c) 8K quartz and / or Polycor granite countertops: The discount is calculated on the price before tax of an 8K quartz or Polycor granite countertop and installation costs. Purchased countertop must be of at least 27 square feet to be eligible to this offer. The project value must be of at least $2,500 before tax to be eligible to this offer;
d) Flooring: The discount is calculated on the price before tax of the installation costs. This offer is valid only on vinyl, laminate, hardwood and ceramic tile floor coverings. The project value must be of at least $2,500 before tax to be eligible to this offer;
e) Shingles roofing: The discount is calculated on the price before tax of a shingles roofing installation project. The project value must be of at least $2,500 before tax to be eligible to this offer;
f) Carrier heating / cooling system: The discount is calculated on the price before tax of a Carrier heating/cooling system and its installation cost. The project value must be of at least $2,500 before tax to be eligible to this offer;
g) Exterior doors and vinyl windows: The discount is calculated on the price before tax of the exterior doors and/or windows and their installation cost. The project value must be of at least $2,500 before tax to be eligible to this offer.
h) Garaga garage doors: The discount is calculated on the price before tax of the Garaga garage door(s) and its or their installation cost. The project value must be of at least $2,500 before tax to be eligible to this offer;
i) Gutters: The discount is calculated on the price before tax of the gutters and their installation cost. The project value must be of at least $2,500 before tax to be eligible to this offer;
j) Riopel Sheds: The discount is calculated on the price before tax of a Riopel Shed and their installation cost. The project value must be of at least $2,500 before tax to be eligible to this offer;

The maximum discount is $2,500 per project. This offer does not apply to additional travel expenses when the residence where the installation is required is located outside of a 35-km radius of the selected store. This offer is only available in participating RÉNO-DÉPÔT stores

Réno-Dépôt will guide you throughout the entire project. As a first step, you need to submit your information by filling out our online form. Then, we'll put you in touch with a professional and certified installer so you can choose the type of windows, the materials and the colour that best suit your home.

Once the project is approved, our service provider will order all the materials and will contact you to schedule an installation date. At that point in the project, no cancellation is possible. The day of your installation, everything will be delivered directly to your home and once the work is done, your installer will explain the warranties in force and will ask you to fill out a satisfaction form. Furthermore, he will remove and leave with all the large pieces of debris, but you will certainly need to do a thorough cleaning after.

First meeting

One of our representatives will go to your home to discuss the different materials and colours with you. Once this meeting is over, he will present you with a free quote with all the pertaining project details.

It’s installation day! Make sure the space is prepped and ready for installation.

That means:
• Display your renovation permit in plain sight
• Remove the security system hardware, shutters, valances, or interior blinds from windows being replaced (if applicable)
• Make sure that the access door to the yard is cleared (if applicable)
• Remove vehicles from your parking lot (if applicable)
• A clear path must be marked on the ground, around the house
• Vegetation, soil ground and outdoor furniture must be protected to avoid potential damage*

Appointment confirmation

The installer will call ahead of time to confirm his estimated time of arrival and review safety steps with you.

Safety measures

All installers are required to pass a daily health screening, they must wear personal protective equipment, and sanitize work area and tools on each job.

Likewise, we require customers to practice social distancing at all times while installers are performing their job.

Certification

All installers are background checked, licensed where applicable and insured.

Customer satisfaction

In order to be a part of our Independent Installer program, all contractors must go through the toughest rating test of all – your satisfaction.

*Note that our installers will take good care of the protected work area, but accidental damage can happen. Light repairs are not included with the service and must be taken care of by the customer. Major damages are protected by the installer’s liability insurance.

A decision-maker over the age of 18 must be present at all times during the installation.

Installation-related questions

How do I know when it’s time to replace my windows?

Generally speaking, the lifetime of a double-glazed window is estimated to be 15 years. In the case of a PVC or aluminum window, its lifespan is between 25 and 30 years.

Here are some indicators that it is time to change a window:
- Drafts coming from it
- Damaged weatherstripping
- Condensation between or on the window panes
- Presence of mildew

Therefore, if you noticed some of these problems, it is possible that the time has come to change the window(s) in question.

Are parts and labour covered?

Labour is always under warranty for one year (there are exceptions for certain services). Parts and materials are covered according to the manufacturer’s warranty.

Do you also offer repair and maintenance services?

No, we do not offer such services at this time.
