Asked by: Wolfgang

What are the dimensions of the packaging?   Do I need a trailer or can it fit in an SUV

Asked by: LJ666

Does this door have a locking bolt or some kind of locking system.

Asked by: WBear

Is this door actually only a 5 foot tall opening? All the photos make the door look taller than that and the listed specs are confusing.

Asked by: The Steve

Leadvision Roll Up Style Shed Door Black Finish Galvanized Steel Flexible is rated 3.0 out of 5 by 31.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good door for the price I purchased this door for my shed to allow me to park my tractor and it was a great price for the product. I read the instructions and reviews online before installing and it helped come installation time. The biggest struggle for me was getting the tension right but after that, she works like a dream. This was a project I didn't want to spend a lot of money on which I didn't when I found it at Rona. Like other reviews, I suggest going on the manufacturers website and printing the instructions off. It is five pages vs. the one that comes with the box which is four little captions on one page and barely legible.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful looking door I bought this door about five months ago for my shed finally got around to installing it today I strongly recommend you read the instructions fully also try to watch as many videos as you can this will definitely help in installing your door the door took approximately one hour to install extremely nice hardware I bought the black one I’m extremely happy with the finish the lock is excellent a little bit of adjustment on the lock slots but otherwise from all the other ones I’ve seen has the nicest key lock all in all for the money this is an extremely nice looking door and very easy to install once you know how to

Rated 3 out of 5 by from You get what you pay for Bought this door to install under my elevated deck off my house. I wasn't expecting it to be the best door ever, but I thought it should be decent for a couple hundred bucks. Like one of the other reviews stated, the instructions for this door are some of the worst i've come across. There is no hole for tensioning the spring. I had to use channel locks to grab the door and hold it wedged from moving while I tensioned the spring. The door was not tensioned as it states in the instructions. All in all, I fought with this door to get it installed, and needed to modify a few things to make it work under my deck but once it was done it works just fine and looks good. Im not sure how long it will last but for the price I'm ok with that.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Look and work very nice so far. My wife thought my smoker shed would look great with roll up doors. I’m glad I found these doors they really make the shed look great. As others have complained the hardware was not meant for wood so you may need lag bolts. Installation was a breeze. You should not unwrap the door until it is completely installed and tightened fully. Then you spin the door as if you were trying to close the door two full spins. Hold it so it doesn’t spin back and unwrap the door as you pull it all the way down. You’re welcome.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Worst door ever The instructions are absolutely horrible and provide no assistance at all. Despite this I managed to install it fairly quickly only to realize at the end that it is complete junk. The holes for the door stop were not made, there was no hole in the axel for adjusting tension as shown in the instructions, the lock will not allow you to take the key out after locking and the whole thing is covered in a protective plastic film that is impossible to get off. This door is absolutely useless and will be going directly in the garbage. DO NOT BUY THIS

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good enough for a shed! Just as the other reviews state, the instructions are terrible. But what will help slightly is go to the manufactures website and download the full PDF. Decent enough quality that you can zoom in on the pictures. When installing the rails for the door to slide in add an 1/8 of an inch maybe a little more. This will save you from doing it when you try to mount the door. the bottom edge of the door is a little wider and will bind on you. pick up a dozen 2 inch lag bolts and washers the screws they send are great for metal no good for wood. You will also notice your side rails have a holes on one side, pre drill through these for your lag bolts. Last you will need to slide the door forward to the wall to close the gap at the top. But the plate where the lock is will hit your top plate

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Poor instructions, requires additional work What a dumpster fire getting into. Once you've done it once easy enough though. Here are the cliff notes as the instructions are garbage. Miss parts: - (4) lag bolts, or large screws & washers. 1/4 head by 3" long should work. These are used the fasten the bracket to your wall. -1/2" diameter metal drill bit. To drill incomplete lock mechanism - 6 (ish) mm metal drill bit. To drill door stop system. I would advise on a different set of steps as the dimensions they provide don't line up. 1) Measure centre of door, pull 32" off centre or 64" apart. Mark this for your bearing brackets. That will go on the outside and support the roll up door. 2) Measure 84" from the floor up, mark this as the top of your bracket. Level the two brackets and install firmly with extra lag bolts or screws. Note if you use lag bolts they should be pre drilled into the wood. 3) Place roll up door on brackets, roughly 8.5" from wall. Use u bolts and hooked bearing clamp, tighten loosely. 4) Place wall mount door rail guides in line for roller door to feed into them. The guide says 29.5" from centre but this is wrong. It is at least 1/2" off. Pull down the door and ensure there are no pinch spots and that everything is plumb. Fasten the guides to the wall opening. Ensure lock whole are level and line up. 5) drills holes for door stop and screw door stop in place. 6) if lock holes don't line up use 1/2" drill to drill new hole. One side may also need to be drilled through to the outside so that the lock mechanism can fully extend and you can pull your key out. 7) Use two people and vice grips to tension roll up spring. Turn the central shaft in the direction to roll the door up. You need to first undo your Ubolts and then use your vice grips to rotate the shaft. The door should stay in the same position while you only turn the shaft to put tension on the spring. 8) the Door is installed! Congrats, crack a beer and curse mildly as you try peeling off the protective plastic on the outside.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Instructions Je viens juste d'installer ce produit.
