Rated 3 out of 5 by Lhowe from Meh The oven part we have been very happy with- I love the air fry and the convection bake features and they work wonderfully. However, the cooktop was scratched within one week and won’t come off, and I find the heating elements very difficult to control- it takes forever to come to a boil/heat up and then when it does it will not cool down. It’s either 0 or 10 I find to cook things in the middle range and it is frustrating. Can’t not burn my pancakes on it. Also the control dials are super easy to accidentally bump on which my children do accidentally several times and it worries me. Overall not super impressed, for the price.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using the range for about 4 months now and it has been great experience so far. I had a gas range for the last 3 decades, so I had to get used to a n electric range. The burners works well and the top is fairly easy to clean though still require a cleaner for burnt spills. The oven is a gem and excels at baking. The range is professional built and strikingly good looking and operates efficiently. The only gripe is with the lower drawer which difficult to remove to be able to clean underneath the range. The Wi-Fi setup is tricky.

Had wanted to go with dual fuel but too much trouble to hook up a gas line in same location. So, after much research and reading tons of reviews, I'm very satisfied with this oven. I love the extra features Air Fry, Souvide, and Convection Roast. Love the thermal cook. The steam clean works much better than I thought but have deep clean option if I need it. So far, steam cleaning works great. Haven't tried the other features but confident they'll work just as well. Very pleased with purchase.

Rated 2 out of 5 by HerScout from Bad control panel and air fry I've had this oven for two weeks and am slowly finding out its flaws. First it doesn't fit well unless it is placed against a wall, not a peninsula because the back is not straight, so there is a gap. Second, the air fryer was slower than my portable unit and didn't crisp the chicken and I had to keep checking to see if it was even working. Third and my biggest issue is that the control panel does not light up. I was informed by customer service "you have to put it in a well lit area" It is in the kitchen below a light and across from a window, but it is still difficult to see the key pad to set the temp, time, or start button. But design flaw. Be prepared to bend over and get close to use it. Not a good but for anyone with vision problems.

I cook (probably) 97% of the meals. Love it! The app hasn't come into play yet but, I dig it! Start to finish baked (fluffy) baked potatoes in some 45 minutes is awesome! Cookies done in under 10 minutes, using the convection bake is great!

The LG is perfect! The oven temperature is very even and cook times as expected. The air fry option was not quite as crisp as stand-alone air fryers, but we have only tried it a couple of times. Waiting to try the sou vide option. Now, we thought the WiFi connected option would not be really of any use. We were wrong! It not only allows remote adjustment, it will alert you when you are finished cooking no matter where you are in the house. Actually, quite a pleasant surprise! The cooktop is well laid out and very responsive and easy to use. Overall, this is the best range we've ever had!

Would be better if it required the same manual click to turn on as burner controls. Overall, great design and performance!
