Description

It was also designed not to become discoloured or leak over time. Install it without breaking a sweat thanks to the Ulok system, which makes it easy to align your panels. Accessories such as grab bars can be purchased after installation to improve your shower experience, and the package includes a glass shelf. The back panel and shower base are sold separately.

Can this work with any acrylic shower base or is there something special about the MAAX bases that is necessary to make them work?

We want to put in a smaller shower- 32 x 32, can we use 3 sidewalls instead of 2 sidewalls and a back wall?

The Utile products cannot be reconfigured because there are special U-lok clips that will not align properly if you use 3 side panels instead of the correct configuration which consists of 2 side walls and 1 backwall. Rated 4 out of 5 by from Looks fantastic and easy to install. I bought a set of MAAX Utile Carrara Marble a few years ago for a basement shower and finally got them installed. They are easy to install once everything is level, and easy to clean, and seem solid. I installed with an OVE shower base instead of a MAAX and that made it more difficult since the OVE base is not flat and level across the top. Warning to buyers that large panels may have difficulty fitting down basement stairways.
