I spent a couple hours trying to readjust the the settings that should be done at the factory. There are a couple major problems that can't be fixed the biggest one being the blade wobble. Feels to me like an internal bearing issue. This saw is best suited for a 10 year old that doesn't care about the quality of their work

Rated 5 out of 5 by Moose2020 from Best saw on the market I bought this saw a year ago, the cuts are precise and clean. The laser is a great feature as well for lining up your board for quicker cuts. The breaking feature slows and stops the blade within seconds which I like. Switching to angle cuts is as simple as turning a knob and pulling the lever with one hand then slide to the angle, which you can clearly see smoothly. Overall I highly recommend this saw with a great price point and features!

All the dials are smooth and easy to use. The bevel is secure and accurate. The list goes on and on. If you’re looking for a Compound Miter Saw that’ll last a lifetime this is it.

All of our tools are Hitachi/Metabo used every day with total satisfaction and reliance expectations. Our first-ever cordless drill bought in 1998 was a refurbished Hitachi which is still inuse every day.

Rated 5 out of 5 by jerry T from Great saw Have had this for a few months and it has yet to disappoint. Used to cut 3/4" hard wood flooring (5 floors and counting). Only concern is the laser is not very bright and it dies have some weight to it. So moving from place to place can be a pain. This replaced an old Craftsman 19" and it is living up to my expectations.

I was amazed at how accurate the cuts were on Moulding and lbr. I was all prepared to puddy corners as my eye isn't as sharp with a hands w. But not one cut was off and none needed puddy to hid poor cuts. Thanks Metabo

I have been renovating and flipping for 30 years and of all the Miter saws l’v had the Metabo ranks best yet. Powerful but light weight, slides effortlessly but cuts precisely.
