Description

These Mono Serra vinyl tiles are resistant to sunlight and their beautiful marble-like finish makes them a great way to add a dash of modernity to any room in your home. They are waterproof, which makes them especially great for rooms that may be subject to high humidity conditions, like a laundry room or bathroom. The box contains fourteen 12-in x 24-in tiles made of SPC u a blend of stone dust and plastic composite that makes them more durable. Their clicking system makes installation extra-easy by making sure tiles interlock for a sturdy fit. These premium vinyl tiles are stain-resistant and easy to clean. Backed by a 15-year limited warranty.

Rated 1 out of 5 by joseph the pro from impossible to install without damaging it !!!! i installed full two floors before in no time and no issue before, then i tried this one and checked the review here and found that other review saying it takes 4h instead of 1hour ! , and have to clicks at BOTH saide same time ! , and no phone number to call ! , finally the easy instalation instruction on box said "slide one side & click the other " does NOT match this grove of the product.."inst. for diff. product " i did not consider that review thought the man is not skilled or started in the WRONG plank side..etc. .. i am writing this review to APOLOGISE for him and ask him HOW COULD YOU FINALLY DO IT ! , i spent 4h yesterday to install 6 pieces and damaging 3 planks of them ! , never recommend this product

I really enjoy working with this product and the job it does.

Rated 2 out of 5 by KristenRo from Ummmm So this has been in our bathroom for over a year no. No chipping (yet) but it is impossible to keep clean. Seriously. It looks great from afar and we didn’t struggle much with installation but the gaps have gotten worse with time and the indents (a nice feel I’ll admit) are sooo not worth it in terms of cleaning. I feel I spend my whole life scrubbing this floor. If you have no kids, pets, or much dirt on your property… MAYBE it’s the floor for you!

Bref, vraiment pas un bon achat pour le plancher car les tuiles restent belles seulement aux endroits non passants. J'espère que la garantie servira à quelque chose...

Rated 1 out of 5 by Martina0819 from Will not purchase again Just purchased this flooring a few days ago for my bathroom/laundry room and had a professional carpenter do the installation. They mentioned it was the hardest product that they’ve worked with. Tiles did not click in easily. After the installation I got down to clean the floors and noticed that almost all of the sides/outside edges of the tile are yellowed resulting in the floor always looking dirty and the outline of the tile being extremely evident. At 3.99/sqft I am so disappointed in this product.

The flooring clicks on both edges in order to click the edges you need to lift it to approximately 30 degrees before it engages. Meaning you need to lift the whole row!!! The installation photos don’t match the product, no website info or phone # for inquiries. Product looks nice in the box but dreadful to work with

Rated 1 out of 5 by Alara from Terrible Product The floor was very difficult to install - the tabs broke easily and we had to waste several expensive tiles. Our floors have been installed less than a year and all the seams are breaking (presumably at the brittle tabs). The floor looks nice if you ignore the lifted tiles, but will probably need to be replaced. This product was not cheap and frankly we expected better from Mono Serra.
