Will this hose connect a Buddy Flex Heater to an 11lb propane tank?

I am using this hose and a 11lb tank on a regular buddy heater. As long as this is the hose suggested for your model of heater it will work.

Can I hook the buddy heater to a 100 pound tank

Thank you for your inquiry. The Buddy heater is certified for use with a tank up to 40 pounds. We do not recommend for it to be hooked to a 100 pound tank.

Does this hose require a fuel filter?

No filter required. From the Mr Heater website:

Great option for Little Buddy HeaterWorks perfectly on our Little Buddy heater. The 10ft length is very handy as it is easy to move the heater without moving the propane tank.
