Rated 5 out of 5 by Supervisor Jim from Loving it so far 1.5 months of use and I'm extremely happy. Assembly was easier than I imagined. The person who gave this a 1 star because of flare-ups apparently needs to read a book on how to use a propane grill. That's like blaming a car manufacturer for road conditions. The only thing I don't like is how much play there is to the knobs... Somewhat difficult to zero in on specific heat levels.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Jon SCS Michigan from Rogue XT 525 Overall, I'm satisfied with the grill and look forward to occasions when we're entertaining and serving food from the grill. There are a couple of annoyances that could be remedied with some small upgrades. I find it hard to access the wheels to lock and unlock then for moving the grill. When moving the grill I tend to grab the grill by the side shelves which come loose. When I changed the gas tank I found it a pain to get the metal ring that supports the tank back in the proper position. But, so far, I haven't discovered any significant shortcomings and I think this grill is a good value.

I leave the box in, and without chips, the area still cooks well. The direct line natural gas is a big upgrade from refilling propane a few times a season. I wish the 2nd level warming rack was higher up so the rear cooking area was easier to reach. I also wish that Lowe’s didn’t put the sticker decals on the stainless hood because soap and water didn’t remove the outline. Over time it will fade of course. Overall very pleased. 15 yr warranty is unmatched, especially at this price.

Roasted a chicken yesterday, grill held 425 using just the outside burners, came out fantastic! Locks on wheels difficult to use because they turn under the grill body, longer foot tabs might help and about an extra 1" of axle length. The grill cover is really good,nice and flexible but maybe about 6" too long so the skirt gets wet when it shows a lot. Every manufacturer should provide a smoker box at that price point. Overall a very good grill

I love the integrated smoker box. I’m able to add a Smokey flavor to meats such as chips, chicken, and steak for a delicious taste you’d normally have to use a smoker for. It heats quickly and evenly and has plenty of cooking area to meet my needs. The fold down shelves will allow me to use a smaller less expensive cover.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Fire Walker from Just about Perfect I bought this 6+ months ago, no problems with the functionality and operation! The price a long with the warranty is great! Don't listen to the guy with flare ups, apparently he thinks grills clean themselves. Never had a flare up(on any grill, at work in the firehouse or at home) that wasn't my fault; Burgers(all types of fat content, steaks, ribs, all chicken parts, sausage! But I have used up too much Propane, which is my fault! 2 things that would make this grill and any grill made like this perfect: 1) A mesh backing and enclosed Propane canister area, to stop rodent from entering(at least make it harder for them) 2) A timer, I'm sure I'm not the only person that grills and hosts at the same time and forgets to turn off the grill after burning off the excess grease and what not! I'm installing both on my own, but would've been even better sell points!

Rated 5 out of 5 by SAK624 from Exceeded expectations...a pleasure to use! I compared this grill with a competitor and the Napolean 525XT had 4 burners instead of three and a longer warranty. The assembly and parts were well thought out making the process much easier and quicker than what I expected. I had a problem with a part damaged in shipping and thought there might be push back, but the company far exceeded my expectations and remedied the problem quickly and again exceeded my expectations. I have used the grill for about 6 weeks and find it is easy to control the heat and has really made me look good as the chef...the family loves the food. I like that the smoker is optional so I can add that flavor when needed, but unlike a pellet grill I don't have it every single meal. It really is a pleasure to use!
