Rated 5 out of 5 by Cowboy Jerry from Stop searching and get these cabinets!!! The photos bear me out. This was the best decision I could have made for my garage. Cabinets arrived and 4 hours later they were up. Assembly was a snap. Instructions were extremely clear. All parts were there.I did it with no help at all. They look fantastic. Already getting compliments from family and friends. They were packed great. Whoever does it did an excellent job and takes pride in their work. There were no scratches, dents or dings in any of the cabinets. Delivery company had poor communication, but that has nothing to do the manufacturer. If you're searching for cabinets look no further!

Rated 4 out of 5 by Garage from Newage products Charcoal garage storage. Purchased May 2020 . I received the product right on schedule assemble was pretty easy. Very happy with the space and the new look it gave the garage. I followed all the information they requested about any loss or damaged parts within the 24 hour timeline. I contacted them about two caster wheels that should swivel and they don't there not working properly. I was not happy with there response. It does not appear we have the caster wheels available. I asked if they can put them on a back order. No we can not do that becuase we do not know if or when the will get any of the swivel caster wheels. It apprears that they prssed the bearings down to tight. I can not even move them by hand.

Good quality and packaged well for shipping. Look forward to many years of use ! * The only issue was the damage to the cabinets when received. This is in no way the fault of the product or the company but rather the shipping company. It was "misplaced" and delayed the delivery a few days. When it arrived, the corner was smashed making the door inoperable. I notified NewAge about the situation and they sent a replacement in a matter of days . Great customer service !

Rated 5 out of 5 by LanceR from PERFECT for my needs! I purchased this in January after helping my oldest son install one in his garage. The system arrived in under two weeks and was well packaged. It is absolutely PERFECT for my home shop. It is sturdy, well built, and provides ample storage for my various tools and supplies. It took maybe 2-3 hours total to install with the help of my adult sons. The instructions were clear and easy to understand. It looks fantastic and fit perfectly on the wall where I put it. I wouldn't hesitate to order another system if needed in the future. My only gripe, and it's a minor one, is there isn't a clean way to hide the wiring for the LED lights. I used self-adhesive zip-tie blocks to ziptie the wiring to the upper cabinets and hide the wiring behind the valence.

Two complaints, One complaint would be the painting on the large Cabinets had a flaw on the inside. Like the metal was rough and unfinished in a couple places. It will be full, so no one will know but us! The other is the Back Splash top Magnetic piece to cover the screws. The magnetic piece did not stick very long and I need to find a replacement magnet, or have New age send another Magnet for that piece. Other than that, nice product.

Super easy assembly, didn't take very long to put together with workbench. Love the finish and the doors have magnets to help keep them closed if they are not locked. Each cabinet comes with a set of keys to lock. Everything seems to be made very well. Easy to add additional cabinets if needed.

To better install the product, I suggest engineering the wall bracket assembly to be able to attach to the was at a variety of points on the bracket. Studs do not necessarily line up with the ends if’s the bracket. I had to develop a ledger board tho attach the wall bracket. Drill lag bolt holes every two to three inches to line up with studs.

Assembly and installation was very easy and all required nuts and bolts were provided!! End product was exactly how I had hoped and planned!! I would highly recommend this to others.
