Designing and building your dream deck is exciting but can also be daunting. Make things easier on yourself by using our Deck Designer. Use the designer to plan your layout, pick your lumber, and choose your railings. The Designer will take care of providing you with professional 3D renderings, a project cost estimate, a list of materials and even building plans.
The Deck Designer can be accessed on laptop and desktop computers that operate on Windows or macOS. Only WebGL-enabled browsers are supported.

Once you’ve started designing your very first deck, make sure to create an account to save your deck plan! You’ll be able to access your account whenever you want to view your design, make changes to it, and even share it with your friends. Want to create and save more than one design? You can do that too. Most importantly, creating an account will allow you to obtain a project ID which will come in handy when you’re ready to visit one of our stores to stock up on your decking materials.
Once you’re happy with your design, you can download or email yourself the list of materials that you’ll need to build your deck. The list also provides you with 3D renderings of your deck along with helpful information such as the estimated cost of your project, building plans, deck component diagrams, and more.
Now that you’ve finalized your design and obtained your list of materials, visit your nearest Réno-Dépôt store to buy your supplies. Head to the Pro counter with your list of materials and/or your Project ID, and one of our associates will be happy to help you.
