We are sorry to hear of the issue you are having with your faucet. Please perform the following troubleshooting steps provided below:
Please remove the spray head from the hose and test the water flow. Please shut the water off to the faucet for this step.
Step 1: Please remove both cold/hot water supply line hoses from the inlet lines of the faucet.
Step 2: Check the inlet line connectors for any debris.
Step 3: Please remove handle by using a 3/32 hex wrench and rotating the set screw counter-clockwise to unthread.
Step 4: Remove dome cap by rotating counter-clockwise to unthread.
Step 5: Remove the retainer nut by using pliers or adjustable wrench to rotate counter-clockwise to unthread.
Step 6: Gently pull the cartridge out of the faucet body and rinse the cartridge with warm water to clear any debris from inside.
Step 7: Check the faucet cavity for any debris inside.
Step 8: To reinstall cartridge, perform the cartridge removal in reverse steps.
