This complete level and alignment laser quickly arranges and squares room layout with 3 chalk lines in 360° laser planes, one horizontal and two perpendicular vertical lines. The built-in VisiMax™ technology monitors power consumption to maximize line visibility and extend battery life. Upgraded diode with a brighter beam delivers a visible range of up to 200' in diameter. The BM1 positioning device clips to multiple surfaces, stands on the floor with retractable feet and mounts to drywall or wood with screws for a quick and easy setup. The smart pendulum system self-levels and indicates out-of-level condition up to ± 4°. The manual mode locks lines for use at any angle. The robust over-molded construction IP54 ensures splash water and dust protection for years of reliable operation. Includes: (1) BM1 positioning device, (1) laser target plate, (4) AA batteries. Rated 5 out of 5 by Eric from Great tool [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just bought this laser yesterday for several upcoming projects. I used it outside to level and square the blocks I am using for my new shed. This thing is awesome. It has cut my time down dramatically. I am building a 12'x16' shed. The laser does get hard to see in direct sunlight but I just cast a shadow over the area and the line was easily seen. Only recommendation is if you use this level everyday invest in rechargeable batteries. I got about 8 hours out of the set supplied with the laser. I also toggled off the lasers I did not need to help extend the battery life

Rated 5 out of 5 by Jackmag from Great product [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Was very excited to get this I haven’t been able to put it to much use yet but I do have some projects coming up that it will be very useful. I was impressed on how bright the beams are put it various parts of house to check how it works. The hard case makes it easy to store and move around. I’m definitely going to look into the tripod as it would add to the functionality. I think it’s a great buy and hope to use it for years to come.

Rated 4 out of 5 by JDhutton from Now Comes with a hard case I haven't gotten to use it extensively but from setting it up and checking some forms it worked well. As was mentioned by others the line is a bit wide but if you turn the brightness down it doesn't defuse as much. It also now comes with a hard case well as the soft case (At least the one I got did). I used my vet discount so...for the price I don't think you can beat it. I am using it as transit currently but will come in handy when I start framing out my basement. I also purchased the tripod as well. bit pricey for what that is but better then getting my camera tripod dirty.

This is one of the more top line models as it shoots beams in virtually all directions. It comes with and uses 4 AA batteries although I wish they were Duracell or Energizer, but hey, at least it came with some. It is easy to use; pressing the laser beam button each time will cycle through the different modes. Yes the beam is hard to see in pure sunlight, but all beams are. The adjustable stand is nice, but serious users may need a much taller stand. Very durable Bosch product, and like nearly every other Bosch tool I’ve owned, I expect it to last years.

The case it comes in in very nice and has a rechargeable battery and a battery pack. Only additional accessory necessary to get the full use of this product is a tripod to set the level on. The lasers are bright and track across the whole room. The Bluetooth feature to control the decode is also a great addition for ease of use!

It's very easy to use and the self leveling feature works flawlessly. The actual laser line it generates across the room is clearly visible on all surfaces that I have used it on, speeding up many projects, whether it's as simple as hanging pictures or more involved like hanging cabinets. It runs on 6 AA's and is very fast to load and remains very stable once it's almost instantly leveled automatically. The kit comes with a strong mount and case, you'll probably just want a tripod or pole to go along with it if you need to raise it off the ground. Overall, a good product that seems sturdy enough to last years.
