Hassle-Free Returns: Save your receipt
Accept in the case of appliances, if for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your product, please return it within 90 days of purchase in its original condition and packaging with your original receipt for a refund, exchange, or store credit. Certain conditions apply.
At RÉNO-DÉPÔT, we stand behind every product we sell.
- With the original sales receipt: Returns will be refunded according to the original payment method.
Without the original sales receipt: Returns without the original sales receipt or packaging may be accepted at Reno-Depot’s discretion. In this case, the lowest system price will be refunded as a store credit/gift card.**
**Reno-Depot reserves the right to request your name, address, and phone number, as well as valid government identification prior to accepting merchandise returns without a receipt.
You can return a purchase made through the Réno-Dépôt website in one of the following ways:
- Online: you can return your product using the Returns and Orders page
- In Store: you can also return the product to the store where you picked up the order by presenting your sales receipt
- Customer Service: call 1-866-283-2239 (toll-free) Monday through Sunday, between 8:30 a.m. and 7 p.m. (ET)
For Appliances Only
PRIOR TO DELIVERY
You can get a refund of your appliances’ purchase by requesting the cancellation of your order 48 hours before your delivery, by contacting your selling store. Restocking fees equivalent to 25 % of the appliances’ purchase price are applicable on all special-order appliances. Reimbursement will be made according to the original method of payment.
AFTER TO DELIVERY
If, for any reason, after the delivery of your appliances, you are not 100 % satisfied with your purchase, except in the case of damage or defect, customer must initiate a return request within 30 days of the delivery to return the appliance(s) and obtain a refund according to the original method of payment less any delivery fees. If the returned appliance is a special-order item, restocking fees equivalent to 25 % of the appliances’ purchase price are applicable.
Within 30 days of the delivery, customer can exchange their appliance for another appliance of equivalent or greater value, subject to the applicable charges for delivery and pick-up according to the pricing in force at RONA. If the returned appliance is a special-order item, restocking fees equivalent to 25 % of the appliances’ purchase price are applicable.
In all cases, the appliances must be returned in their original condition, without defect of scratches, with the original documentation (guides, instruction booklets, etc.), in acceptable sanitary conditions to RONA and they must be accompanied by the original sales receipt. Exchanges and returns can only be made at the store where the appliances were purchased.
DEFECTS AND DAMAGES
You must proceed with the inspection of the appliance and its install at the time of delivery. A call must be made to the selling store to report any property damage and/or damage to the appliance while the delivery personnel is still on site. Such damages should be noted on the delivery manifest and signed.
Following delivery, any defect must be reported to RONA within 48 hours of the delivery. A technician might be sent on scene to assess the nature of the problem. In that case, the legal warranty or the appliance manufacturer’s warranty will apply, where appropriate.
There are no returns on tinted paint or stain, products that have been cut to length, modified or customized in any way, special order products, and certain products for hygienic reasons (e.g. toilet seats, masks, gloves, etc.).
Gift cards, gift certificates and store credits cannot be exchanged or returned for cash or credit.
There are no returns on used power equipment (including but not limited to lawnmowers, trimmers, snowblowers, etc.)
Damaged or defective products are subject to the legal or manufacturer’s warranty, as applicable.
Plants (online & in-store) For replacement or refund, a receipt is required for any tree, shrub or perennial purchased at Lowe’s within one year of the original purchase date. All other plants fall under our 90-day return policy.
Holiday Items Must be returned on or before the day of the holiday (e.g., Christmas). Items purchased after the holiday are final sales, and no returns will be accepted.
Notwithstanding this Return Policy, RENO-DEPOT, a division of RONA Inc. reserves the right to limit or refuse a return for a reason not stated above. This Return Policy may be modified at any time without notice.
