Will it kill wild purple violets? What other lawn weeds will it kill.

Not only will it not kill wild violet, RoundUp Advanced will not kill anything, in my experience. It just doesn't work. You might want to consider the older regular RoundUp without "Advanced" in the name, which did a better job.

Rated 1 out of 5 by OakAged from Waste of time and money. Pros: No need to worry if you accidentally get some on your good plants, or on your clothing or skin, as it's completely harmless. Cons: Doesn't work. It does give the weeds a mild browning along a few leaf edges, but they recover just find and continue to grow at full speed. This product is not only a waste of money, it's a waste of the time it takes to buy it and to apply it to the weeds. Plus then you need to find something else to kill the weeds which are now bigger and stronger. I can't believe they're getting away with selling this worse-than-worthless product. And all it is is acetic acid @ 62.5 g/L - in other words vinegar but a bit stronger. Maybe too strong to make a nice salad dressing, but certainly not strong enough to damage live plants.

Rated 1 out of 5 by StellaInToronto from RoundUp Advanced Does Not Work At All The older classic RoundUp works much better than this RoundUp Advanced. I bought the Advanced formula and sprayed it on long shoots of bindweed on a sunny day -- did nothing but create a few tiny brown spots. I also sprayed it on weeds like thistle as they grew larger -- again, nothing but a few brown spots. I sprayed a whole half bottle on about 5 weeds to see if it killed at least one leaf, but not at all. I will try the classic RoundUp and see if it still works. This "Advanced" stuff is useless.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Retired2 from Unable to find weeds it can kill I have applied this produce to various weeds (soaking them multiple times) and have yet to find any weeds that it will kill. I liked the original Roundup which worked well but is nolonger permitted to be used in our City.
