Rated 1 out of 5 by ttunj from lemon looks nice, but in less than a week(!) after delivery the unit's temperature in the refrigerator swings uncontrollably between the 50s and the 20s (f). to add insult to injury the app "self-test" says there is nothing wrong and the unit is operating normally. bad enough to get a lemon, but even worse to discover all the rigamarole for using an app to control the device is worse than useless.

Rated 1 out of 5 by crystalblue from Be aware before purchasing 1. no water dispense according to the online specs, the model is with a water dispense but it's not. don't waste money on ordering the water filer suggested upon checkout. 2. bad storage design the only space for standard gallon sized or litter sized containers is the bottom shelf on both sides of the door. (one gallon-sized milk at each door and that's it). the height of the bottom shelf in the center is not tall enough for any standard gallon-sized milk/juice and liter-sized drinks. this is super inconvenient for a big family unless you have another fridge to storage milk/drinks

Would be nice if the app had a little more flexibility (like timing of door open for a certain period for an alarm/notice). Happy customer so far :)

I wanted a freezer on the bottom because of knee issues and the ability to have more room to keep frequently needed items at eye level. Our refrigerator space was limited and this model fit perfectly. We are seniors and did not need the kid-friendly ice and water dispenser on the front of the unit. We are happy with our purchase.

I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to move the door shelves as well. Drawer space was amazing and holds plenty of meat, veggies, cheese and other produce. Freezer is very efficient, thought it would be small going from side by side but everything fit. Ice maker is quiet and produces plenty of ice. very easy to open and slide moveable compartments. The outside design is sleek and very modern. I love the no handles. Smart wi fi is nice, but don't need to use it much as it regulates temperature well. Highly recommend this appliance to anyone.

Rated 2 out of 5 by RgRg from Samsung model RF20A5101 i got the refrigerator brand new and have had it a week and 2days. today it stopped cooling. the refrigerator read it was 37 degrees inside and freezer was 0 degrees but this wasnt true. i had read the reviews after i bought the refrigerator and saw that they have a cooling issue, so i bought a thermometer and put it inside so i would know if it stopped working. thankfully i had my own thermometer because it saved my food today. i had to reset it a few times to make it cool again. now im wondering how many times this is going to happen to me. i am going to try to return this refrigerator and will not buy a samsung appliance again!

Smart 3-Door [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Despite having a Samsung refrigerator that leaks water in the bottom of the crisper drawers then freezes into a sheet of ice, we decided to AGAIN purchase a Samsung refrigerator thinking they should have improved the issues with so many refrigerators. From day one, the compressor on the unit was bad, making a loud humming noise. We thought it was a fluke and just got a bad unit, so we went to order another one, but it was discontinued. So we thought we would have a Samsung technician come out to check the issue, and he said the unit was fine, that the sound was normal. Very disappointed in Samsungs customer service as well as the rude technician who came to service the unit.

The fridge has so much more room than my old one. I absolutely LOVE the ice maker! Gives out plenty of ice. I think I pretty much doubled my freezer space. Everyone that comes to my house loves it. Funny thing is no one ever knows how to open it! I love how bright the LED lights are. The shelves are very deep and can hold everything with extra room. I love the "open door" music it plays when the door is open, which is easy to do with no handles. Love the smudge and fingerprint resistant feature. Overall happy with my purchase.
