Est ce que le plateau de air fry est inclus

Bonjour Marie, le plateau Air Fry n’est malheureusement pas inclus avec ce modèle de cuisinière. Il se vend séparément (NX-AA5000RS) ou vous avez l’option d’y aller avec le modèle NE63T6711 qui lui vient avec. Merci. M.L

Rated 1 out of 5 by DeeS from Beware beware, read reviews first!!!! Huge regret purchasing this Samsung range. First time using the stove top and it’s already marked up! The glass surface is obviously poor quality. The metal surrounding the glass top has a very poor coating as after first time using the black coating is scratched marked when a pot has come in contact with the metal surface. I was surprised to see this and I wish I read the reviews beforehand as this seems to be an issue with this product. If this happened after using it once, what will it look at after a month! I am very disappointed in this purchase and doubt it will last an extended number of years due to the poor design.

On appuyait sur les touches, ça ne prenait pas la commande, ça faisait une double touche, ça refusait de s’eteindre, etc. Nous avons communiqué avec Samsung puisque il etait toujours sous garantie. Ça a été pire que les 12 travaux d’Asterix. Il a fallu 4 appels pour obtenir une reparation et (anecdote) au 3e appel, l’employé me mentait!! Il m’a reservi la même salade qu’au 2e appel ce qui etait impossible. « Désolé madame, la réquisition a été entrée au système ce matin et nous en ferons le traitement auj. » Eh bonhomme, tu m’a dit la même chose il y a 5 jours quand j’ai téléphoné. Il s’est offusqué! Bref au bout d’un mois, un reparateur est venu changer tous les elements de contrôle, la carte electronique, l’ecran, tout. Eh bien ça recommence. Le même genre de problème. N’achetez pas cet appareil. Pas fiable et surtout le service avec Samsung laisse à desirer.

Stove top is High Quality and cleans excellent. The warming draw glides effortlessly.... The OVEN works SO ACCURATELY..I will never own ANOTHER make BUT SAMSUNG! Baking and roasting is VERY ACCURATE to temperature requires. Wow... I just LOVE this stove !!!!!!!!!!!!

The black cooktop is the only thing that bothers me. It shows every smear and I have to clean and polish it constantly. Depending on the light it still shows the marks. I had a white and gray blacktop before and it was not such a pain to clean.

The buttons will not change when I press them, so instead of 375 I get 3 and nothing to follow. Also I cannot always set the timer, it does not accept what I put in. Are we not able to change the temp. once something is half cooked?

She can’t stop raving about the range such as the even heating because her food doesn’t burn anymore which helps to control food odour in the house. The oven bakes quickly and barely emits exterior heat. Overall, she loves her range.
