Powered by Snow Joe’s exclusive IONMAX 24-Volt* lithium-ion battery system, the two included 5.0 Ah batteries with zero carbon emissions for cleaner air. Cut The Cord® with IONMAX cordless convenience to blast past the limits of an extension cord, and go anywhere power is at a premium. Equipped with a heavy-duty, rubber-tipped steel blade auger, SNOW JOE clears an 18-inch wide by 10-inch deep path in a single pass. Rated 3 out of 5 by Pete Bill from Good Snow blower yet bad battery life After using this snow blower for a few months through several snow storms i feel i can write a fair review The snow blower itself is light weight and does a fantastic job, it will eat through snow just as fast and throw snow just as far as my small gas blower. The problem is the battery life. I get maybe 15-20 minutes of battery life before the machine shuts down. 15-20 minutes isnt enough to clear my small driveway when there is more than a few inches of snow. If the batteries lasted longer this would get 5 stars, as is i will need to order another set of batteries to be able to clear my whole driveway without waiting two hours for the batteries to charge.

There is just a couple steps left for you to finish setup. We got it in the mail same day we got a nice snow storm. We tested it out right away. It does a decent job. The snow we got was heavy and wet. The snow blower did a pretty good job clearing, it was just hard to get down to the concrete. I think it would do an amazing job with light snow. I wish there was more of a shovel on the bottom to help get under the snow, we had to tilt it forward while using. It’s powerful and lightweight. The heavier snow did cause the batteries to drain faster. Keep that it mind. Overall very excited to have a snow blower!

Our family has been happy with this snow blower - it has really made our lives' easier. One thing is I was concerned about using a snow blower that required batteries I was worried about the performance. We were pleasantly surprised when we found out that the charge from the batteries last a good amount of time. We were able to get our sidewalk and driveway done and it did very well! Another thing we loved is how quiet this machine is ! We loved this about it ! Have already recommended this to family members!

Rated 5 out of 5 by Jono21 from Works great [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Well this literally got delivered during a snowfall so the timing couldn't have been better. It was a wet heavy snow so the perfect test for this. It comes packed nicely in one box VERY easy to assemble no issues whatsoever. Just have to fold it up tighten some knobs and put the shaft on that turns the chute. It looks great it feels very well made the battery charger is really nice. It's not to heavy has a handle to help carry to different areas. I have a large gas snowblower but I was looking for something for my patio area and for lighter snow and this is perfect. It has no issues with the wet heavy snow. Battery was still good when I finished what I needed to with it. I think I could do my driveway and sidewalk if it's a light fluffy snow without killing the battery. Great product.

The only thing I would like to see is the Chute control arm be a little more stable. It screws together in the middle and is a little wobbly.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Billy P from First Time Using An Electric Thrower This is the first electric snow thrower I have purchased. Will use it for clean up and preparing for the bigger gas model. The thrower was easy to assemble out of the box. Nice looking and durable in appearance. The battery charger worked well and was easy to use. We received two snow falls of about 6 inches since the purchase. The thrower worked well for my purpose. I blew for about 15 to 20 minutes each time. The batteries held up well for that amount of use. I have had no issues with the thrower so far. I would say it is a good product for limited use. I am sure it is not intended for long periods of heavy snow throwing. If you are looking for a light weight, easy to handle snow thrower for smaller jobs, I think this thrower would suit your needs.
