Returns with the original sales receipt will be refunded by the original method of payment.
Returns without the original sales receipt or packaging may be accepted at RENO-DEPOT's discretion.
In such an event, the lowest system price will be refunded as a store credit/gift card.

prior to accepting merchandise for return without a receipt only.

Monday through Sunday, between 8:30 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. (ET). Please quote the order number indicated in the email you received.
Reno-Depot reserves the right to cancel an online purchase at any time before the item is picked up at the store or shipped, without prior notice.
