I poured a large pot of hot water in it and got a hairline crack, took photos & sent to customer service. I had the exact sink sent to me overnight at no charge. My contractor installed it and so happy to have the same one. I never had a problem with staining or scratches & everyone who saw it loved it. I would bath my granddaughter in the sink and it made the perfect baby bathtub. If you are looking at a Vigo product feel safe in knowing they have the best customer service
