Yes, it is possible to do so. On the other hand, you must take into account that the advantages linked to the program (e.g., savings, real-time quotes, follow-ups, etc.) are applicable only to products from participating brands.
Pro Appliance Program Get up to 30% off the price of select appliances when you order in-store through the PRO Appliance Program (hereinafter the “Program”). Savings of up to 30% is calculated based on special manufacture-direct pricing obtained through the Program compared to the regular retail price. Exceptions apply. Only available in-store, in participating stores only; not available online. The Program is only available to members of the VIPpro Program of RONA, Réno-Dépôt or Lowe’s banners in Canada (collectively “RONA”). Eligibility to a preferred pricing under the Program is conditional upon the VIPpro account number being active. If the VIPpro account number is related to a charge account, this account must not be overdue upon the attribution of Program benefits. The Pro Appliance Program is limited to a selection of Whirlpool, Maytag, Amana, and Kitchen Aid appliances, ordered directly from the manufacturer through the Marketplace platform (See your local store for the list of appliances to which the Program applies). Product selection and quantities can vary and may be limited based on manufacturer inventory and product availability. The list of participating brands may change at any time. Does not apply to items on sale. Cannot be combined with any other offer, used in conjunction with any other coupon, discount, instant savings or rebates or promotional offer including RONA employee discounts, RONA’s low price guarantee, Build up plan incentives, or any other special pricing programs. Cannot be used in conjunction with the following products and/or services: extended protection plans, installation services, extra applicable shipping fees, assembly, rentals, cutshop service, delivery charges, service purchases, labour, tool rentals, etc., or previous sales. Gift card, special orders or purchases made by clients with a specific contractual agreement executed with RONA are not eligible to the preferred pricing. Does not apply to previous purchases and layaways. Not convertible into cash. Preferred pricing does not apply to quoted or commitment or contract quoted items and does not apply to price matched items under general price guarantee terms and conditions. Total price indicated for products ordered with the Pro Appliance Program includes the price of white glove delivery services, i.e. removal of packaging, positioning of product, installation of washer/dryer, pedestal installation, stacking kit installation, fridge door swing, and haul-away of old units. Built-in appliances or appliances that require installation will not be uncrated unless requested. Some examples include dishwashers, cooktops, wall ovens, microwaves & ventilation. Previous products must be unhooked and ready for removal from the space. All necessary connections must be readily available, and the required accessories must be on hand and new; otherwise, installation will not be done. Deliveries above the 3rd floor must have elevator access. Delivery time may vary due to factors beyond the control of RONA. We reserve the right to use a third party for deliveries.
