Rated 1 out of 5 by Stoney Bay from Plastic Failures The WHER25 has water quality that is very good, however my first system of five years started leaking and made a mess under the sink. Replaced it with a new WHER25 and only been three months and the plastic housing at the yellow line split and made a even bigger mess, ruing my cabinets. That is unacceptable, reliability is very questionable.

Always have enough water to support the habits of four adults. Water is super drinkable. And the timely email notifications on replacing the pre-& post- filter cartridges and RO membrane cartridge is a real help to a busy family like mine. Thank you, thank you.

The cost of constantly changing filters makes this a poor choice in the first place. Secondly, it is absolutely impossible to remove the center membrane filter, even after following this support suggestion. I would by another system. I've had this installed for one year and I will replace with another system of better quality and different brand.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Skirmish from Finish cartridge does not replace any vital minera I have to be very careful how much of this water I drink because it does such a great job stripping out all the chlorine, metals, and minerals that end up getting nighttime muscle cramps if I drink too much. It also strips the minerals from cooked food, e.g., anything you boil. I wish they the finish cartridge was a remineralizing/alkaline cartridge.

A contractor put it in and we have finally been able to remove pre filter, but cannot get the center filter out.
