Dear, you can buy 16 M8*100mm expansion screws and use them to fix the gazebo to the concrete floor.Hope this can help you.

One important note about the time to assemble as per the specifications on Rona’s website… it does not take 3 hours to assemble. It took us 12 hours to complete the process. Granted we were only two people, and the instructions recommended that we be 4 people, however that would still have been 6 hours to assemble. Oh… another small thing is that they did not include the correct side bolt caps for the smaller bolts. So we’ll have to buy those ourselves.

Rated 5 de 5 de Anonyme par Très bonne qualité Premier conseil, si vous prévoyez une plateforme en bois, notez que ce modèle de 12' x 10' nécessite une surface un peu plus grande 12' 4" x 10' 4" afin que les couvercles de poteaux ne dépassent pas. Le montage à deux personnes nous aura pris environ 12 heures, bien important de s'assurer que pièce soit installé dans le bon sens pour éviter (comme nous) d'avoir à démonter une pièce. Le tout est très solide une fois assemblé. Vous aurez besoin de : perceuse, bit étoile, ensemble douilles et clé 10mm. Le plan explique très bien la marche à suivre, bon montage :-)

Il est vraiment beau et répond à tous nos critères ! 2 mentions à savoir: -le 10x12 est "large" alors si votre patio est juste pour du 10x12, celui là risque de ne pas fitter. -le temps d'installation est une vraie joke. Dans le manuel ça dit 2-3h à 3-4 personnes.... On savait que ça allait être plus long, mais à ce point ?! On a été 3 (et parfois 4) et ça a pris approximativement 9h étalés sur 2 jours alors soyez prêts à travailler fort ! Aussi, il est idéal d'avoir une grande personne (plus de 6pi) pour les derniers morceaux du toit, malgré des échelles placées à la bonne hauteur ça a été un bon défi de finition. Mais overall, très bon achat et nous en sommes très satisfaits!

This time I decided to hire professional installers from Lowes. It took only a few days to schedule them to come. I also read the reviews and didn't think 3 hours will be enough, but 2 professional installers completed the job in about 2 hrs and 45 minutes. This goes to show you they know what they are doing, and that is why they are there to help you.
