Hi there. No, this table saw does not have a Brushless motor. This model is a corded table saw so it has a 15 Amp motor. Brushless motors are common on cordless tools. Hope this helps.

Under specifications in my manual , it says it can dado up to 13/16. Have at least that extending Beyond The Arbor nut with a regular blade installed

Label days Koki Holdings-Japan. Seems to be distributed by their Canadian branch in Mississauga. Interesting though the manual is printed in China.

Rated 5 de 5 de DYiGuy par Legit portable table saw, good buy! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve owned several “portable” table saws and this is the most substantial by far. I have the new Matabo branded saw and it appears they corrected the issues I’ve read about in the reviews. Worlds are good, parts are solid, and zero rust anywhere on the saw. Pretty easy to assemble and about as big as you’d want a portable table saw to be, personally I like the heft of it. I agree that even with full size sheet goods this saw would be nearly impossible to tip over if using caution and a good blade. Really great saw for the money, I’ve never had issues with any Hitachi products.

Rated 2 de 5 de TylerW par Major Flaw On the new C10RJ(s) model the riving knife is fixed to the motor housing and there is no way to adjust it for alignment. I have been on the phone with support multiple times and they admit there is absolutely no way to adjust it. This is a major safety issue - my riving knife is out of parallel with the blade and causes the board to want to turn and bind, which actually increases the chances of kick back. The only thing they can do to fix it is have me haul it to a service center over 70 miles away, which is going to provide unknown results. I strongly recommend staying away unless you are feeling lucky.

Rated 5 de 5 de Axle par Metabo HPT Awesome Table Saw [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great powerful saw has tons of room, fence is tighter than a Dewalt, love the blade brake, blade is already calibrated & the large on / off switch is easy to find with out looking, no fumbling around. I’m very particular about my tools & I can’t find anything to complain about the performance of this saw, almost all the reviews are people complaining about human error missing parts not the performance of the saw, my opinion Dewalt is over rated, I’m not a weekend DIY Guy, I drag this saw from job to job & I would buy another one when this saw wears out.

Assembly was easy, with great instructions. Love its' features - outstanding and best in class rip capacity, powerful cutting with great safety insurance, and for me, best of all, the firm, steady, wide base that the saw fits on! I've only had it since Christmas day, but already used it to cut and get ready for assembly a couple of home-based projects, with many more to come. It's a beautiful saw, and I'm counting on it to last for many, many years while I enjoy wood-working in my retirement years!

Rated 1 de 5 de Garrett par Had potential, but the riving knife... It seems myself and many others are having issues with this saw's riving knife. Mine appears to have come with a bent knife causing the wood to bind against the blade (huge safety concern and the exact opposite purpose of a riving a knife). This wouldn't be that big of a deal if the knife was adjustable but alas it is not. Not only is it not adjustable, but it is installed permanently. There is no way of fixing this issue aside from either not using the knife all together and risking kickback or getting lucky and hoping a shim made out of an aluminum can will work... Aside from the knife I would have given this saw a 5/5 for it's price when it is on sale.

Very powerful ripping 3/4 MDF Fast as I could run it thru. 2bys no issue either. Smooth no chipping of the melamine skin. Fence perfectly parallel to blade, smooth feed through. Really like all the features and performance for the price point. There are heavier duty made saws available for $200 more, if you use it everyday and transport to job sites it’s probably worth it. This one definitely seems well built enough to live in my shop and pull out once a month or so for a big weekend project. My work will still be better than yours with a dewalt. ;-)

Rated 5 de 5 de BigMole par Way better than the Dewalt I was looking at the this one and the Dewalt and quality and feature wise this one is so much better. I love the big table, front supports and the expanded rip cut side. The metal fence gears are solid and it locks into place nicely for great accuracy. The miter gauge is even really nice for a saw in this price range. Just compare that to the Dewalt and the real rubber wheels vs the blown plastic. The soft start and motor brake are a welcome upgrade from my last saw as well. I've been using this for a few months now and loving every second. Cuts like a dream and is spot on. Great solid product. Very impressed.

Rated 1 de 5 de James par This saw is JUNK I use this saw occasionally to rip 2x4 for trim. Right out the box I could tell that it was built cheaply. Used it for 6 months before things started to come loose, fall out of adjustment etc. The cast tabs that hold the saw plate broke off and is not fixable. Rip fence moves when pushing material through (super dangerous) and the bevel gear system fills with saw dust requiring frequent deep cleaning. The sawdust exhaust port clogs quickly and have to leave the port cover off or there is cleaning every ten minutes. After a year and a half of using what I consider an unsafe tool, it has stopped working completely. Don't waste your time on this tool for it has many design and manufacturing flaws.
