Broyeuse-déchiqueteuse électrique Sun Joe de 15 A en acier est évalué 4.4 de 5 de 60.
Rated 4 de 5 de par Excellent chipper shredder To turn small branches into mulch, instead of having an unsightly brush pile, you can't beat this product. The only caveat is that the blades have to be very sharp. The original blades on the machine seemed to have gotten dull quickly, so we ordered a replacement. The new ones were razor sharp and worked much better. You can tell blades are sharp when it actually pulls the branches into the shredder vs. having to push them in. I'm not sure yet how long it'll take for the blades to get dull, but the blades can be turned 180 deg. to use the other sharp side. Plus we now have a (sharpened) spare. Incidentally, the shredder works great on bamboo.

Rated 1 de 5 de par Useless hunk of junk after 2 seasons At first I was really happy with this, because it's easy to use and it got the job done. I didn't expect much and I didn't believe I was pushing it hard. I attempted to follow all the instructions - not keeping it on for a long time at once, not putting anything larger than I was supposed to, and alternating between dry and moist plant matter. I seem to have made it chip one less-than-1.5-inch stick too many, because a part broke in two that connects the grinder to the motor. Now it just a useless hunk of junk that I have no idea what to do with. I'm pretty ticked off about it. What a waste.

Rated 5 de 5 de par Solid chipper Recommended Product The chipper is holding up well and producing lots of chips. With fresh blades (out of the box), it sailed through even hardwood branches easily. As the blades dulled, in even an hour, I started holding off on the 1" hardwood sticks because they were starting to slow the chipping and even caused some jams, which were fairly easy to clear and continue. I will try reversing the cutting blades and see if they are as hard to remove as some people report. Overall, I am happy to be able to chip up most of my brush. The chipper has not broken or been damaged and it feels like it will be good for a lot more work. Just don't expect to be able to work with larger branches, 1" being about the limit.

Rated 3 de 5 de par Good when it works. The safety device for the cover failed. I got the machine to run without the interlock and am now back to chipping wood. The one that I picked up in the store was missing the axle for the wheels so I had to write to Snow Joe and order a new set. I then discovered the hinge pins were missing for the top cover. I wrote to Snow Joe again and got no response so I made my own pins. Now that I have it working on a regular basis, I'm going to have to work on the blades and see if that will make it work even better.

Rated 5 de 5 de par Powerful, Portable, Easy to Assemble and Maintain This is a great chipper for reducing yard waste, fallen branches and garden waste into useable organic mulch! Assembly: The main body is assembled from the factory. You'll only need a phillips screwdriver to assemble the metal base to the main body. Then you'll use the included wrench to attach your wheels and hubcabs. In less then 10 minutes, you're ready to start chipping. Chipping/Shredding: This machine can handle hard and soft woods up to 1.57 inches and reduces it at a rate of 17:1. It's 15 amp motor is extremely powerful and doesn't bog down even with thick material. It can also be used to dispose of dried garden waste like stems and large leaves. At no point during my usage did the machine even slow down, even when I chipped larger hard maple branches. It just gobbled them up, self feeding as it chopped. A push paddle comes tethered to the handle for pushing debris into the machine, so that your hands always stay safe. When done, just wheel the machine out of the way and rake out the mulch pile. Or you can mulch directly into a bin for disposal or later use. Portability: This weighs about 26 pounds and has large treaded wheels to go over bumpy yards and flower beds. It will fit into the trunk of most cars. The base is wide and stable You can position this exactly where you want to leave a pile of mulch and get to work. Maintenance: Unlike other machines you can actually remove the cover and maintain the blades on this machine. It has twin blades, both are reversible giving you a longer life span before the blades need to be replaced. A wrench to remove the blades is included. Overall: Lightweight, powerful, well made, stable and easy to maintain. Everything you could ask for in a chipper/shredder. The fact that it can be ready to go in a few minutes and the blades are serviceable by the end user makes this a top notch machine.

Rated 3 de 5 de par Good but not great It is a good machine for the price but does struggle with branches that are larger. My biggest issue is that as the smaller sections go thru the machine they simply make it thru uncut so you end up with a bunch of twigs in your bucket.

Rated 4 de 5 de par Perfect for 95 percent of what I do I have a yard with six mature maples and get a lot of branches when the wind blows and even sometimes when it doesn't. This is perfect for those smaller branches. It does handle branches up to 1.5" pretty easily. I also like the auto shut down when it gets to hot. A great feature. The only challenge is curved branches or where you break off a fork. That can hang things up for a bit and can be a challenge to push through, thus 4 stars instead of 5. I am looking forward to many years of use.

Rated 5 de 5 de par Very impressed I bought an older model (CJ601E) that had been well used at a rummage sale with low expectations as I have used small electric chippers before and found them marginal at best. I cut a lot of trees for firewood for myself and others. I cut a 50ft Black Birch which is hard, stringy wood. This machine chipped 85% of the branches with no problem. I am seriously impressed! Keep in mind that this chipper was well used before I bought it. If this chipper fails I will definitely buy the newer, more powerful one (CJ602E). This is a good product. Some suggestions for use: (1) It likes fresh, green limbs 1in or smaler. It will chip dry limbs but it complains. (2) I suggest placing a "Contractors Tub" under the discharge to catch the chippings. It makes it easier dump them in a wheelbarrow. I tried using a 5gal bucket but found that it blew dust, etc., back at me. (3) Instead of having to bundle and haul off branches, I ended up with some great mulch which I was able to put in gardens and on the yard. When you consider the cost of a bag of mulch, this machine actually saves money. I filled 2 1/2 55gal drums with excellent mulch.
